Thank you Mr. Leach. I appreciate your craft and commitment to keeping alive your father's great work and yet made it all your own as well. What a legacy. I appreciate it sincerely. Nothing is so enjoyable as an afternoon crafting History today.

Wonderful! Missed you, Simon. Life took me away from your wheelside but I am back and delighted to learn how to "throw an egg"...without the mess! Thank you for the lesson and keep throwing to the sounds of Chris Smither. Always a gift to hear.

I’ve been following for a very long time. The algorithm took me away and it’s like returning “home” to hear your voice. And now I have to go throw some eggs. :) thank you for still being here.

    Maslianka welcomes you Simon!
We join you in welcoming the potters of the West Woods in England.
...And may the potters of all countries, members of a most peaceful profession, be blessed. 👋

I love doing enclosed forms. I haven't done an egg before but do want to do them.

European robins are smaller and a little different in coloring than the larger American robins. They’re so cute, I love the little European ones! ♥️ Totally different birds though.

Great instruction for us once again. Thank you Simon! My biggest question is: What are your neighbors doing with their chickens to get double yokes?

So glad you decided to do an egg! I was just thinking this since Easter. I do have a question and thought you might have an answer. When I enclose a form and then cut it open for a lid it usually gets some type of crack on the inside of the lid. It has never caused a failure of the lid but would like to throw without it cracking if i can. Any pointers? I understand if it's to much for a post. If so, maybe a video topic?
