My mom is resting not so many feet away towards the funeral home. She wasn’t a country music fan but I’m sure she is enjoying their company. My mother spent her last years living in Gallatin off Cages Bend Rd and loved living in the area. Lots of country western history in the area. Twitty City which I believe is now part a Baptist church which was built behind there. You showed Sheb Wooley he was also an actor and played Pete Nolan the scout on Raw Hide for 4 seasons then quit to pursue his music career.
Your Mom is in a beautiful place. Hate seeing Twitty City like it is wish it was a museum for Conway. We did a video about it. Love Hendersonville area and we stay in this area when visiting Nashville. Didn't know that about Sheb. 😎😎
Thats a very beautiful place! I wasn't a country music fan in the 60s but the song that got my attention as a kid was A Boy Named Sue, and remember seeing them on TV alot. So nice they're all buried together, thanks for another great place in Tennessee ❤
Wow ... thank you for sharing all this awesome footage. Chances are I'll never be in that area, but man oh man my husband and I love all those old country singers and Johnny Cash was one of our favorites.
Hey guys I enjoyed watching your video on Johnny Cash's barrel resting place and his wife I have been out to the cemetery a couple of times over the years very nice place Johnny Cash was one of those guys that nobody will ever replace like Elvis One of a kind guys hey guys if I start a TH-cam channel I thought of something and you tell me what you think about it I thought about doing something on country Legends and rock Legends go around to their burial sites and do research and put it all on TH-cam tell me what you think
Great idea. There are alot of people that do gravesites but don't do a alot of history on them. We hope to do more graves also. They do very well so it's a good idea. We like Daze Of Jordan the Lion check him out sometime. He does that and alot of other things. We have met him before great guy. You will do good the way you tell stories and you know your stuff. Go for it Jeff😎😎
Didn't y'all come and visit Maggie Valley this year too??? I think I remember seeing your video and I was like "cool".... next time you're in the area hit me up!!
Still seems odd that he's gone. One min he looked fine the way I've always known him to look like. Than I see this old man who reminded me of johnny cash playing a guitar and performing "Hurt" and than before I knew it he was dead. Where did the time go?Thanks
THANK YOU BOTH 4 THE TOUR
You are welcome. We appreciate you watching. 😎😎
Yes, beautiful Graveyard, visited in 2007. They both lived a great life together.
May Johnny and June R.I.P.
