In the epilogue (yes, there's a post-game story), after William settled things in England, he saw visions of war back in Japan via magic crystal and decided to journey back.
I don’t exactly how I dit it but got him first try. I wasn’t even moving constantly like some say you should. After 6 heads appeared I was focusing on 2 at once. The others I didn’t even had to pay attention. Their attacks were really slow and the Amrita stones gave enough cover. Just once I had low health, like a third. When the head is tilting it’s about to swing with it just like the last head. And you should look out for the electric attack, like the boss Nue does. Other than that it was easy. Just luck I guess

Do you even know another form of 八岐 is 八俣 written in the oldest history book in japan 古事记. 八岐 means eight branches of a mountain range while 八俣 means eight branches of Wu people(from Southern China during the warring states)or Wa the Japanese people..both terms coincides with the more obvious terms for Japan like 大八洲 eight big lands, 八島 eight islands in later literature. As for the origin of the snake, it was probably once a symbol of the ancestral penis just like in many other cultures. even the game producer here put the thing in the final boss fight to symbolize the pacification of all Japan. so the term just means Japan in general.

I have a question. After killing the 6 headed boss the game goes on. But I feel like every mission after that, sub and main, is too hard for me to tackle. Do I do something wrong or is it supposed to increase in difficulty? Even the green weapons don’t do the trick. I feel like I got through the game with the wrong play style and now it pays it dues if you know what I mean. Or am I supposed to use the blacksmith more? I didn’t forge a single weapon so far cause the drops been good enough. And I didn’t loose skills all of a sudden. What am I missing?
Uhhh, what? I thought there would be multiple phases but it's just the one and the boss has a bunch of generic ranged attacks and easily dodge-able slam attacks. Is this really the final boss? I mean, i was expecting it to last like 10 minutes maybe more but a 6 minute boss fight with no phase switching is pathetic. Im sorry but my interest in this game has dropped to minimal levels after seeing the bosses this game offers. Thanks for making these videos pyx, you directly influenced my decision EDIT: Don't think i'm being whiny because i didn't get what i want, i just think the bosses are shallow personally, but the gameplay is very very good. The stance aspect is a genius idea and i support that fully but the bosses are a let down.
sean rogers this is the last part of the fight, you first need to defeat 4 former bosses on steroids, defeat nobunaga and start the fight with Kelley when you almost kill him he transforms I this thing
A: this game isn't meant to be fair xD B: Look at dark souls, especially the Ashes of Ariandel DLC C: Your meant to die, it's built into the game design it's a process of learning mechanics, and it make it feel more rewarding and like your making progress even though statistically you aren't because you haven't beat the boss. In NIOH it's a couple moves that they do over and over and the idea is to master dodging them which becomes repetitive and annoying.
there are some great boss fights but they overall are kinda disapointing. doesnt stop the rest of the game from being awsome though. and it has great feeling combat thats very satisfying.

There's another main story mission called "The Queen's Eyes" that is level 145 and directly follows this and features a boss and cutscenes.
