The upper patio door was blocked by a mountain of dirt and rocks. We start work on moving it by hand. None of it matters as a tragedy we knew would come has affected us all.
I was following you guys on Facebook for the longest time, watching both Brickle and Digby living life to the fullest. You guys gave them both so much love and life. I'm sure Brickle would be very proud seeing what you've made of your home.
I am very sorry for the loss of Brickle. He was very special. You are doing an amazing job on this enchanted house. I am totally amazed at your progress!
I know it’s hard to feel joy in your accomplishment but it really is amazing and I can see pots of herbs growing that GP can use to make amazing pasta and flatbread toppings. And the day will come when you can sit there and talk to Brickle and feel his presence. He was amazing dog and his legacy will not be forgotten ❤️
Well dang, I'm not crying. Yup, yup I am. I'm so heart broken for you 3. He is there though. In every plant, in every bit of dirt and all the bushes and trees. I'm glad he got to go home. 💔
Be careful with moss on rocky areas and stone, or concrete. It can become quite slippery when it gets wet. The raised area on the top terrace seems a good spot for an herb garden - rosemary, lavender, basil. Maybe check with the neighbors for what herbs grow well there. And for some color, rock rose, jasmine, bougainvillea or maybe even a fig tree in a spot by the house. I would put some goats in those brushy areas and let them do a lot of the weeding 😂❤.
@@annjackson9331 Awesome ideas. We planted some local herbs up there as well as the lower area. There are wild goats in the area too. I guess they aren’t hungry 😋
How wonderful! Finding treasures along the way as you uncover the area! ❤️
It is absolutely amazing!!! Y’all have gotten so much done and finding hidden gems!!!

What is the significance of “Under the Crow”? ❤
@@leecampbell3492 Great question. The area of the mountain is known as that. Also the path to the house was also Kenya’s that name.
Known as that name. For some reason autocorrect changed it to Kenya.
That’s cool. Interesting name! 😊
