What an absolute pile of crap this recorder is. When you have 2 monitors 20m apart on different levels and a monitor in vga for programming it is almost impossible at installer level to set up and completely impossible to talk a customer through making changes. Resolution must be dropped for the vga monitor to work.
Previous models I’ve used allow you to select which hdmi output you wish to control and program everything from the vga monitor. These do not.
They belong in the scrap bin and should never have left the factory.
Trying to get tech support in a joke as the wholesalers just want them off the shelves
