Not guilty on murder charges. Lying about drugs or finances , does not equate prosecution offering no evidence that he killed them. it was pathetic to watch Waters. Its disturbing that Agent Owens lied to Grand Jury just to get Alex indicted. that is scandalous.
He’s guilty. He was being sued for 30 million because of the boating accident. And it came out last Friday that Maggie had known about his addiction for years. He had already been to Florida to a rehab before. He went to Atlanta for his last rehab. He wanted to sell their beach house and that’s where Maggie was living. And she loved it there away from him. Paul had found 2 huge bags of pain pills in Alex’s computer bag. I think he was selling them, too. I think Maggie said I’m done with you Alex! And he shot Paul first because they were all probably yelling and screaming. Then Maggie is further away because she runs and he shot her 3 times she falls face first, he walks over to her and shoots her 2 times in the back of her head. He tried to control his temper but you can hear it!
its also amazing that lead Sled investigator Agent owens thougt it was ok to manufacture evidence and lie to grand jury. Evidence about blood on the shirt. that is how they got indictment. by lying to the jury.
I had yet another thought: If Alex didn’t do it, how did he know to lie about what he was doing at the time of the murders? He said the reason he lied about being at the kennels was because he was paranoid due to his drug use. However, he ‘discovered’ the bodies at 10:07. If he didn’t do it, he wouldn’t know the exact time of death. He would only know they happened between approximately 8:45 and 10:05. That’s an hour and 20 minutes. Why lie specifically about the small window of time at the kennels unless he knew the murders happened before he left for his mom’s?
Was thinking that but he knows they know the time if death from both phones stopping at the same time so he has to then fit his new fake story around that...think the prosecution should ask him more how he doesn't seem to remember the last things they talked about.. When a loved one dies you remember the last conversation as clear as day...
After reading the timeline activity from Maggie's phone, he thinks everyone is stupid AF. He OBVIOUSLY had her phone and was sending texts and calls AFTER they were murdered to set up his alibi. Disgusting.

WHO PUT UP THE DOG BUBBA UP?? HE WASN'T RUNNING AROUND WHEN ALEX "DISCOVERED" PA PA AND MAG MAG
WHERE DID INVESTORS FIND HIM ...AND THE CHICKEN??
I think the sie of the road was a cry for help cant live with my guilt
Some people think AM lured Smith there to kill him. So then he could blame the murders on him. Instead, they tossled over the gun and it went off.
People keep complaining that all they proved was that he lied. But the lie that he was at the kennels before he knew there was video and identified ties him to the murders. That’s the correlation. This is the low country full of idiots like most of the population as we see evidenced by some people still saying he was “convincing” “charming “ blah blah blah so the prosecutor must break this down in simple terms
Everyone is wondering what’s up with the prosecutor when things look like it’s all going in the defense corner. Wait for it WATERS HAS SOMETHING I REALLY BELIEVE HE DOES AND WHAT A BETTER WAY TO SHOW IT IN CLOSING😇
totally agree. the best is yet to come🙏
Lies continuously, offers information.
I wish the prosecutor was Jose Baez . He would have ripped Alec to shreds

Spit cup??? Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with this, in the UK. We would just use a tissue.
People that use chewing tobacco have a spit cup so they can spit out excess tobacco juices.
