Never bought it till a few years later after Super Mario 3 came out and I played it till I hated it. I bought Mario 2 because it was like $9.99 new. I played it through. Took about 6 weeks and I never even explored it. I beat Mario 3 before I went to bed the day I brought it home!😂 I had the Nintendo Power special issue on Mario 3 with every single level walk through, game, hint, secret you name it and I had been studying for like 3 weeks beforehand. The Movie The Wizard came out right at that time too. Ahh the good old days! 😌

It is a super competitive game, and you can only go so fast as a result of frame rules surrounding Birdo eggs and vegetables in Wart fight. The current record isn't unbeatable by any stretch, but it would require SMB1 levels of gameplay.
He’s broken about 13 world records throughout his time recorded on twitch and he had the heart monitor in 12 of them and yes I added all of them together with the highest individual one being 167 I came out 1642 so yeah there goes my 2 hours
I noticed he uploaded regularly for years and now hasn't p0sted in over a year. I'm a new fan of his. Did he pass away? I'm seriously asking. Someone please respond

That's because it wasn't really a Mario game when it was made.
I beat Mario 3 within an hour of buying it and it was like a 20minute drive home from the store.
