  • Dhaba style paneer capsicum is a flavourful Indian dish inspired by the rustic and robust flavour of roadside eateries ( dhaba) in India. It is made with paneer with is marinated with little spices n salt n then Shallow fried it. To make gray preferred mustard oil with some whole spices, onion, tomato n capsicum blend with some powder n preparation masala.     Dhaba Style Paneer Capsicum
    Preparation time- 15-20min
    Cooking time- 20-30 min
    Marinated time- 30 min
    INGREDIENTS
    For marination
    Paneer- 200gm
    Kashmiri chilli- 1/2tsp
    Turmeric- 1/4tsp
    Salt to taste
    Kasuri methi- 1/2tsp
    Butter- 1tsp ( for fry )
    Fo Ginger & garlic paste
    Ginger- 1/2 inch
    Garlic- 6-8
    Green chilli-2
    For Dry Masala
    Coriander seed- 1/2tbsp
    Cumin seed- 1tsp
    Fennel seed- 1tsp
    Green cardamom - 2
    Black cardamom - 1
    Star anis- 1/2
    Salt to taste
    For gravy
    Mustard oil- 2tbsp
    Black pepper corn- 5-6
    Bey leaf- 1
    Dry red chilli- 2
    Onion- 2 ( chopped)
    Crushed ginger & garlic
    Tomato- 1/2cup
    Capsicum- 1 cup
    Coriander powder - 1tsp
    Cumin powder - 1tsp
    Kashmiri chilli - 1tsp
    Turmeric - 1/4tsp
    Preparation masala- 1tbsp
    Water- 1 1/2cup
    Fresh malai/ cream- 1tbsp
    Fried paneer
    Coriander leaves - handful
