@lLukus listen to it!! turn up the bass if you have to and work that out first, then build chords over that. it starts on Bb Ab Bb, works up to Eb Db Eb. The chords sound mostly dominant (1 3 5 b7) until the prechorus, which starts on F (maj7 if you want) Fm7, Bb Ab Bb, Eb, Db, Eb, Fm Gb, Gb11... Try to think from the perspective of writing it - the Bb Ab Bb thing is really just embellishing the Bb, as is the same play on the Eb.. use your ears dude, you'll get so much more out of it.
Genuinely incredible that there's people producing this level of music and aren't known at all (at least where I live). Makes me think of all the other great bands/artists i'm probably missing out on simply because I didn't know they existed

@brodogs1 i mean honestly... rai's piano theory is amazing, and his voice is really pure. coming from a musical standpoint there is a lot of technique in this video in his piano styling and his voice.
