I just purchased the Apple AirPod Max but when other hear me through the headsets I sound like I’m in cave or distorted. I’m using a Lenovo Windows laptop which is my work machine. Any suggestion on how to fix it before I return them?

Loved the review! Question about TRANSPARENCY MODE: On my AirPods PRO, I can turn up the volume of TRANSPARENCY, but I haven't been able to do that with the AirPods MAX. I've got Transparency ON but can barely hear people asking me a question. I want to turn it UP like on the AirPods PRO. Is there a way???

great video one question - I have these headphones and I don't know which side is the right and which is the left - is the right side the one with the buttons? Personally, I find it more convenient if the buttons were on the left - please help - where is this page?
the right side is the one with the buttons- it also tells you on the inside of the ear cups
