This game keeps surprising me even after so many years. Only found out recently that President Johnsons protection detail patrol the strut right before the harrier fight.
I’ve beaten this game countless times and never even THOUGHT of trying this. I’ve seen all the videos I can find of “hidden secrets” in MGS2 and 3 and I already know everything in the videos, mainly it’s the ice melting in real time and shooting the ! on guards but all that is very known about, it feels nice to actually find something new about one of my top 3 favorite games of all time.
i wonder if this was an intentionally programmed thing, or just a side effect of making it so that any living entity falling on another from above knocks them out
Right. This seems like this could be a general rule, not intended, and just a side effect of other things knocking guards out. Like dropping bodies onto guards.
My favorite metal gear solid game. I only played it twice over twenty years ago but I still think about its themes often. The crazy immersion stuff like this made it magical.
That's hilarious and unbelievable. I can't believe I didn't discover that in my years of fucking around in this game.
This is why I keep my badhumans notifications on

Nah legit completed this game like 30+ times and never ever ever seen this
There is *always* something new to learn about MGS2.

Never knew that, lol.
Amazing 😂
I genuinely wonder if even the developers know that someone coded this in or if one Japanese intern was just bored and gave the gulls physics
it's most likely intentional as the seagulls will attack snake if he abuses them 20 times (unless he wears the ZOE box; box #5)
The best case of fuck around...and you'll find out
that rules so hard.

That's awesome!!😄 more than 20 years later, i'm still learning something new about MGS2!🤣
is it possible to hit a CIPHER with a seagull?
idk, but i do know that the seagulls can trigger the lasers that set off the explosives (before the harrier)
BOSS SHE'S WITH CYPHER!!!
KOJIMA is KOJIMA
I wonder if this is just an unintentional consequence of how the physics work.
Can you do a video for enemy voice lines?
I would check out @zappbranniglenn or @mellinasgiminez1987
@BadHumans I found it but do you also know where to find the MGS GZ enemy voice lines?
@@SAusEplays in script form, yes. I have not seen it in a video
