Artist proofs can also be rejections because of flaws. When it comes to art, the artist proof does not mean more valuable. I think it's easy to get excited (I used to get excited about until a couple of days ago when I found out more about artist proofs.) when you see A/P, but monetarily does not mean anything.

The Moorcroft is an oddity. I only knew what it was by catching some UK antiques shows on TH-cam. Found two small pieces at the local Ill Will for relative peanuts. Not sold much here, but those who know, know. I found a lucite purse similar to the one George found at a yard sale for...$2. Not signed though. Handed it off to a clothing collector who showed up right after I did. (LOL) We go way back.

Loved the terra-cotta catalog, but not in my budget once it went higher than my first bid.

I have two huge Moorcroft lamps with their original shades. I don’t want to ship them so I’m not sure how to sell them. They’re stunning. I’ve been reselling for 27 years. I’m originally from Washington.

Neat! You have a Washingtonian name, I'm part Swedish by heritage myself. I bet those lamps are amazing! Where do you resell now?

Good evening, again, George! I'm liking two back-to-back! I like that candle snuffer/wick trimmer and tray. The old, daily used items really attract me. That Pilgrim Cameo glass is fantastic! The coconut/coral/sawfish lamp...well...not exactly my aesthetic, but the history of it is fascinating🤨😂😂 Great sales!!!

Same here! I have a heavily silver plated fork, probably late 1800s, that I bought for 5 cents. Lol. One side of the tines is heavily worn down, so I'm assuming one person (or family but likely the former) ate with that fork for decades. I'm probably weird but that old fork fascinates me. Lol. The stories it could tell! Not to mention the fact that it was used for so many years. Sure didn't come from our throw away society of today.😉

I just adored this one...so neat...I love all that you do for us and learning and having fun and collecting for people who love a thing the stories and history of an object..just all of it...the matches you make fair for all...and the pilgrim cameo...OMG...I just have 2 cranberry things in totally different way less fancy categories and LOVE them. A blown cranberry glass with clear top knob on lid i bought for 50 when worth 100...and a cut to clear cranberry candy dish mom and dad got for a wedding gift in 1958 ..the least fancy smoother item perhaps still being the nicest as far as worth,,I must find maker on that over one...I got a tiny flea bite over the years on the lid of blown piece.. I am now at the Roseville teapot...I love pretty old things and I Love tea stuff and this category of heavier that fits in a nice old cabin on a lake somewhere that has been there long as the item..or a city apt of that time..it was gorgeous..i am so excited that it is all coming back..Pottery, glass etc. The Fenton deal would just be WONDERFUL. Everything here is just a yummy thing.....to me Even the Morgan dollar..heart connection to dad/grandfather and their interests..

Great Una Bolsa purse flip! I finally found an Enid Collins at a flea market, only to observe that some of the stones had obviously been replaced, since they didn't all match. Rats - I'll hope to find one some day. Thank you for your ongoing information and inspiration, George!

If you analyze what you are doing this would not be considered an accurate account of other's eBay sales. By previewing to your customers what you are selling you are leading them to your store first. A regular buyer would just scroll through the lists of available items.
