    that small thin disc piece on the very top of the carb cover does not have any housing directly under it. It is bad design from bing. It can become lose and let water into your carb and/or stop the slide working. So you could say that you're's is an improved model.

      Well spoted ! When i made the model i had no idea of the exact shape, so i made it closed ... I remember some of these carbs have that washer in steel or plastic.

      @@zepelin-on-road I just filled my leaking one with epoxy, I really don't understand what bing were thinking, steel and aluminium together, its bound to rust and cause problems.

    Are you willing to share your model? We have developed a carburetor heater for the Model 64 and I would like to show the two together.

      I don't know if it's a good idea, because that carburetor model is made for motorcycle only, not appropriate for airplane use ...

      @@zepelin-on-road Hi, Good job! I have the same question. We are building replica of ČZ400 prototype where this carb is used, and we need some simplified data for space analysis and for renders. Do you thing that is possible to share your data? Thank you
