enjoy watching your orchids grow too
Another great video . Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching! we appreciate it 🫂
Didn't know you could use tea as a fertilizer, have always just composted the bags
well you learn something new everyday ... 🫂 you can compost the bags after you have done this 👍
Great information, as always. Thank you, Peter!!😊
Thank you ❤
You're welcome 😊thanks for your feedback 💕
Great advice. Going to try this. My orchids are not flowering for the last 8 months, they are potted, healthy leaves no flowers
yes definitely worth trying . depending on your orchid it may only flower once a year
tea for two is deffinitely a good idea lol
💯😉
Since lemon and ginger are good for orchids, what about lemons ginger tea?
you just need to be carefull on what they are using to flavour the tea (over processing may take out the nutritional content ) . Unless you are making the tea yourself . but i preffer not to throw everything at my orchid all at once as some ingredients limit the ability of others to be absorbed . so i rather rotate the use of the different products ..
I hope this helps 💕
I have been emptying my used green tea bags into my spathoglottis and cymbidiums occasionally.. I hope I haven't been harming them!
if they are in the ground it is perfect . in a pot just make sure they are not making the soil too alkaline depending on the media you are using so just test occasionally for the pH . 💯
@@thenaturecompany Thank you so much! I was getting a little anxious there for a minute..! 😬😅
How often can you use the spray? Once a week ? Just before growing season? Or througjout the year? Thank you so so much 🌸🙂🩷
use it as a balanced part of your feeding . include it in once a month is often a good mid-ground to get the best benefits for health orchids 👍
@@thenaturecompany 👍
I would never use tea bags in my orchids, no time no day
Just the dilute tea has some amazing compounds that really help your orchid grow 💕
awesome info. but what about chamomile tea?
i am not sure of what the chemical composition of chamomile is . I have only done the research on Camelia sinensis and red bush tea
What do you think about the coffee?
We have done a video on coffee for orchids too th-cam.com/video/WHi7B_SrLTE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Lo-TPLr5Dz7v2_fR I hope this explains everything 👍
