awesome idea for a video and amazing footage as always! I have seen 6 of the 9 so far... the 3 in GDL, PV, Mazamitla and Tapalpa. we just spent the weekend in Tepatitlan. they have 2 amazing churches there... although the main one was under renovation - they are cleaning the exterior and redoing the tile on the domes. if you havent been I highly recommend it! an easy one hour drive from GDL, although 184 pesos in tolls each way. there are 2 plazas on diagonally arranged blocks that gives it very special and lively feel.

@@ClauChasesColors oh you were smart to skip it for that reason... the main church would look less than ideal in your videos. currently they have one spire almost fully cleaned and most of the tiles have been removed from the dome above the entrance. at this rate it could easily be another year or more before its finished. anyways, glad you are aware of it and will get there eventually!

@@christopherhouse7937 South America is still on my travel wishlist and I cannot wait to explore it; as for Portugal, I lived there for a year and honestly, if I moved back to Europe, it'll most likely be the country I'd choose as a home base 🥰
