I'm impressed they managed to turn Atlantico into an entire ship line lol. I'm a bit sad they ignored all the real low tier ships they could've added tho. Could've made a proper line of real ships until T5 and and a paper ship exists for t6.
With how aggressive this ship is I think it's reasonable to get to 2M potential damage. Therefore I'd drop the 4pt Emergency Repair Expert skill in favour of the 3pt Improved Repair Party Readiness. This will still give you the extra heal (assuming you get to 2M potential) while also making your cooldown on those heals even shorter so you actually get to use them. And on top of that you get an extra 1pt skill which could be Preventimve Maintenance to protect your secondaries and main guns or Gun Feeder (or both and drop ERS).
If we ever get a Tier 11 BB from the Pan-American ships. It better have a base range of like 12km. I want to be casually sailing and be randomly surprised when I get a notification that my ship's secondary hit a target 16km away.
These new secondaries are going to be particularly good in the following scenarios. 1. A ship that's spotted is pushing in to you and this will allow the improved accuracy to start building up much earlier because they reach further. 2. You are pushing into someone who's spotted and again the accuracy can start building up earlier. 3. It will allow you to eliminate lower health ships at a bit further range. 4. It will make DD's more hesitant to open up at increased range. Basically, you will never take fire from a DD in the open except in late game, where the outcome is probably already decided, or low health conditions. So while the usefulness of thses new secondaries are situational, and therefore won't be used in every game, those situations do happen often enough.
You cannot pick reload in slot 6 in that line. It is a full secondary ship, nothing else. I have over 62% winrate with Shlieffen, almost purple stats. The opponents don't need to come to you, you go to them in the right moment. You should build that ship for secondaries only.
But i hear that its getting heaps of buffs it will make this ship SOOO OP that you will get records, i expect averages for potatoes to get over 100k per game once they have more armour, rudder shift will be halved and even better guns.. Then once people buy the early access they will nerf it.
Good for the whales I guess? Gonna be fun entertaining them with my deaths. Without the captain there is little point and you can't get the captain as a f2p because you need 17,000 tokens for even a chance.

Every ship is "good even like that" if you shave 20% off a single stat, but its still crippled and not at full power, which is why wg locked the captain behind a massive wall. Bonus creativity points for making it possible for people with 100000 hours to get him, so they can run to the forums and go "omg, why would someone with only 2000 hours expect to get an event captain, lol, you just want the whole game for free and the devs to starve, huh"

This ship looks like something you would create in Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnought, if there's room for it, then shove a turret in there.

Yeah, that's true. I mostly took the heal for the +10% heal duration.

Raw DPM maybe, but they have more pen than other secondary battleships. Also, the F key significantly improves secondary DPM.

Main guns on the tier nine are trash. The dispersion is worse than the German secondary ships. Main guns are Its weakness and this ship will suffer.
