    I like the layout or this unit. I know exactly where this property is and was always curious what they looked like inside. Thanks for showcasing

    A very instructive video, thank you. As soon as I learned about the HOA fee, I got lost. The beauty of HOA fee is that it can be increased indefinitely and arbitrarily, and if you can't afford it...

    I left DC in 2013, moved to Delaware. Kept my DC pay, purchased a home for $95k 3bd, 2.5ba, garage, rowhome downtown. $5 Amtrak home to visit family. Move NOW!!

    I know someone who lives here: the monthy maintenance fees and like $1400k per month and went from like $395 in the mid 2000s to NOW $1400k per month. The maintenance fees go up every year and ppl have a very hard time selling their apartments bec of the horrific monthly maintenance fees…

    Wait, I’m so confused. Aren’t these the co-ops that’s on Emerson and New Hampshire Ave., NE. When did they start calling that the Petworth area that is the Fort Totten area? I’m only 47 years old and been in DC my whole life other than leaving for college and starting my career. My cousin went to the elementary school around the corner Rudolph elementary that is now Latin. They actually still live in one of the units there. Their grandparents used to own the laundromat across the street decades ago……just so confused ???
    My mom also owned a building on the other side of New Hampshire Ave. next to the Mini Mart. The building was on first Street, but right next Mini Mart on New Hampshire Ave.

    One of the main reasons why I will not move back to DC is because of those radiators and wall AC units😅 the cost is too high to still have the building regulated by radiator heat. I am so sorry. Central AC and heat is always the move when you’re purchasing because the heat is regulated by the owners of the building and some of these places and you can’t just turn the heat on yourself.

    • @BashirBadruDMVRealtor
      @BashirBadruDMVRealtor  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I feel you on the struggle with those old-school radiators and wall AC units. Central AC is definitely the way to go for comfort and convenience!
