The Cup Stone Trail of Schonach

In the heart of the Black Forest near the village of Schonach in Southwest Germany, on a wooded hill lies a unique concentration of stone blocks featuring cup-like indentations reminiscent of Celtic sacrificial bowls. This phenomenon is accessible through the so-called Cup Stone Trail or in German 'Schalensteinpfad', which spans approximately 2.5 kilometers through the woods.

Many haven't been officially acknowledged, have been misinterpreted, or simply not been discovered yet. There's a lot yet to explore and uncover over here too 🙂
