- Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy is the newest entry to the Atelier series, and here are my first impressions! Been looking forward to thiisss ❤️ love it! I am so happy about this game. I tried Lulua but lost interest within 4 hours. Then I skipped Ryza 1 and now got into Ryza 2! I decided to watch gameplays of 1 to watch the entire story and now I am so attached to the characters 😍 congraaaaaaats on the houssssseee ❤️❤️❤️

I have Atelier Ryza 1 on the way (had to order off ebay) and i just ordered the 2nd on yesterday which should be here today or tomorrow. Ive also been eyeing Atelier Lulua and i havent even played any Atelier games lol

Awesome video. I love Ryza 2 so far! It's nice to see a TH-camr as excited as me for this. I have it on the switch and PC. Take your time with the game. I like your reviews because they are higher quality than most others and I enjoy your discussions over the features of each game; they make replaying the game after I finish it more meaningful to go through again. 🧡
P.S. I know Japanese. If you have any Q's about what something says post a photo in your discord or in a video or whatever and me or someone else can translate it for you. If there are passages you are curious about. Just thought I'd offer.

Hi Irene thank you for recommending Atelier Shallie to me on the Vita, for me it has one of the best battle systems I've played on an Atelier so far, I totalled it!
I'm just waiting now for Atelier Ryza 2 on my Switch, I can't wait to play it, the music sounds soooooo good. Oh and congrats on the good news!

I had the original Ryza on Switch and I liked it, but something happened to my Switch and I never did finish the game. Just bought it on PC a few days ago and I have to say, playing it at 4k is absolutely beautiful, sunset is especially gorgeous. I loved my Switch but wow, play this on PC if you really want to fall in love with it. Can't wait to play Ryza 2!

I cannot wait to play these games. I wanted something different and came across these. After a week I managed to get a great price on 1 and 2, looking forward to getting them next week. And a late congrats on the house!
I did keep my rental of Ryza 2 and even got an extra $5 off. I just read a post on one of my gaming pages about a new atelier trilogy being released on switch on April 22, wow. It's supposed to be Atelier Firis, Sophie, and Lydie and Suelle. I definitely plan to get it. 3 new to me atelier games🙌
I'm looking forward to them! Even though I already have them on PS4 😁

Loving Ryza 2. Been a fan of the series since Rorona, and had to go back and try the ones prior to that. Also got lucky to get the premium box in North America.
Note: that one plastic folder with all the holes in it actually acts like a decoder in the artbook. There's a few pages of (seemingly) random japanese in a grid pattern with a red star somewhere just outside the box. Line up the red star with the clear star on the folder, and it displays a message (japanese of course). Nothing too fancy, and I have yet to consult a family member on it (she can read japanese), but from the picture I sent her of one of them, it does mean something.
That Atelier Ryza 2 box looks amazing. I'm enjoying the game so far. I really like Patty and Clifford.

After so long deciding which Atelier I should start with I went with Ryza, there are too many. But I've heard really good things about the Dusk trilogy so maybe I'll give those a shot after Ryza 1 and 2. Really liking it soo far :)

Oh, and I guess I recommend Atelier Sophie and Atelier Firis...at least those games have English voice acting, unlike Atelier Ryza 1 and 2, not to mention Atelier Lulua and Atelier Lydie & Suelle...
Those two Atelier games have English voice acting, which is something I love.
Should I buy this if I'm not "usually" a fan of slice of life games? I usually like overarching plot or stakes, but of course there's lots of games that you make life if you leave your comfort zone.
