    I just came back from Belgrade 3 days ago ,i loved the city, kalemegdan, zemun, belgrade waterfront, main square, saint sava, the area around the 2 stadiums. its just too pretty, mix that with the serbian hospitality, very affordable prices, amazing food, great architecture and rich history.... imo its a top balkan attraction. greetings from Albania

      Honestly as someone who is born and raised in Belgrade and live now as well. I dont recommend Lav beer nor Jelen (even both are probably most popular lager Serbian beer), honestly if pub/caffe has craft beer i would recommend to try, or Zaječarsko lager beer. (Valjevsko as alternative).

    The Great war Island, is basically a historic artillery site, it's location often gave great firing angles for Attackers or Defenders of Belgrade since it looks directly at the river port. It has been used as a staging ground against the city, while at the same time it's proximity to the port also afforded a great foothold for defenders, making it easy to supply etc.

    If you are interested in Roman empire history. Serbia is full with Roman fortresses. East Serbia has few. Most famous Felix Romuliana.

    Nice video guys and beautiful views,,is that big church that started construction on the 90'? is there anyone can tell for sure..be safe..

    • @MomirovVojislav
      @MomirovVojislav 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The construction started in '30s. It was used as ammunition storage by nacis during the WWII. After that we were comunist country, so construction of churches wasn't their top priority. 😉 Construction was continued during '90s and it is finally finished recently...or it's not finished yet, I'm not sure.
