In this POV brewing session, I reveal a unique method to control extraction towards the end of the brewing process, ensuring a perfectly balanced cup. Join me in celebrating the final day of this coffee journey with a method tailored for the vibrant flavors of natural Ethiopian coffee.

Masterclasses from a great coffee educator, more valuable than endless equipment reviews how to actually brew coffees better, cheers mate
Thanks for the series! Love how you concentrate on making good coffee, not just the latest equipment crazes.
What was the most surprising coffee on the calendar?
Thanks so much for your support! That's how I learned to make coffee, way before the equipment trends :)
🤔 I need to think a bit about that, there were a few that surprised me.

I would love to see a video on your take of making iced coffee with a V60! That would be great 👍🏻🎉
I have actually made a series of video about that. I used the Orea for that, but the principle is the same.
Buon natale 🎄
Buon Natale anche a te :)
What do you gain by this method u don't understand what the advantage of this is?
Basically you reduce the extraction on the last pour, because the water will be colder and also mixed with the first pour
