Keeps seeing in comment 'first since Bush in Cardinal and Gold to...' but it not entirely accurate that SC hasnt had an explosive homerun threat like Zachariah Branch since Reggie Bush. Adoree and Ronald Jones were both threats to house plays from anywhere on the field too. And Adoree scored in all 3 phases, offense, defense and special teams, our memories are short... Looking forward to watching Zachariah make his mark indelibly on SC record books✌🏾

He really is the most electric/explosive athlete we’ve had on OFFENSE since Reggie. Love Adoree but he was a defensive player 95% of the time he was in LA. Our first WR we’ve had who fits the mold of the modern receiver. Small/shifty and speed that is dangerous in space (Like Tyreek/Waddle)

“He’s going to be special” is technically incorrect. Zach is already special. We are going to witness his “special” but more accurately his talent and one year stardom because there is no way he should stay more than one year in college. Raleek will be fine. He balled as a true freshmen. He's gonna be a RB/WR hybrid with a niche roll. They will motion him to the backfield from the slot and vice versa as the year goes on to exploit matchups.

Cobb and Curtis look like legit All American candidates at Linebacker. Tackett is a true freshman who made balled out enough in camp to start hia freshman season opener. That doesn't normally happen, like ever... He made a couple freshman mistakes but player solid and will only get better.. Cobb played a very sold game. This fantasy that fans seem to have of perfect games is ridiculous. Also those old 250lbs linebackers from USCs early 2000s would be gassed by these speed no huddle offenses in college today. They were great for the offenses they faced but are obsolete today. They actually became obsolete towards the end of Pete's run.

Riley was rotating his players a lot like a preseason game. He was testing different combinations. This is a work in progress. Not saying they are Georgia on defense, but cant dispute the better talent depth.

Bring up notre dame after they play Ohio state. Utah was blessed from a ref and a injury. Oregon couldn't beat Oregon state or go to the pac 12 championship. Washington will be a good game but none of those schools will have a quarterback that can run like San Jose state. Good luck
