The cargo space in the LX700h proves that the hybrid system is an afterthought. Another thing that really disappoints is the fact that Toyota is recalling 1000s of their vehicles to replace not one part but the entire V6 engine! Here is something many fail to realise: Toyota engines are very inefficient compared to the Germans. Take for example the 3 litre BMW X5 compared to the TX 550h+ or the TX500h+ which are both hybridised where the BMW is not. In fact the 4.4 litre BMW V8 is as efficient as the 3.4 litre Lexus V6! Lexus had to hybridise the engine to just get 1 mpg better! When you talk about the engine please mention it is the 3.4 litre V6 that is being recalled to replace it. It is not just the twin turbo V6 as you mention; it is the recalled twin turbo 3.4 litre V6.
Trying to compete? Hahahah dude, lexus is in a league of its own. And it'll last more than a hundred miles leaving range rover way low in the league table lol
I have the Lx 500 D in Australia . Have never felt a car that passes the bumps and vibrations through the steering wheel like this car ! It feels like somebody banging a bag of marbles on the steering column. It really feels weird! Don’t believe this guy on the solid weight of the doors. I have owned a Range Rover autobiography plus several Mercedes, this car does not feel like a high end car. I brought it for it reliability. However ho hum steering feeling . Very average fuel economy. Plus low customer care I don’t think this car is on the luxury level you are paying for.
There’s no denying the LX is great , but Lexus/ Toyota are still behind on tech , space , short wheel base compared to competitors. No tucked rear wiper , no self driving . And I can’t order what I want , I have to take what might come in that’s not spoken for . The new 25 Infiniti Qx80 is far superior in so many ways for the $
The problem with the Lexus is the size of the front face or the front grille, which is exaggerated. I wish they would copy the front shape as the size of a Range Rover or a 63 G-Class.
As someone who has owned three GXs (19, 20, 2008 ), two LXs (21 Sport, and 24 F-Sport), an IS-F, RCF, 3 GSs (2002, 2004, and 2006) and current owner of an 19 LC500, and 1998 Toyota Soarer, I was totally disappointed with my 2024 LX600 F-Sport. I hated the tacked on screen, lack of soft close doors, and rear flush bumper and lack of overall space. Also, not a fan of red interior on F-Sport. Also, reliability notwithstanding my 2024 fullsize Range Rover trumped it in every aspect of refinement, ride quality, and fuel mileage. I ended up trading the LX in on a 2025 X7 M60i.
The company’s say hybrid drive does not hurt your ICE engine for the life of the car . Their life of the car is 100 000 klms or there about! I don’t know about your bank balance ! But I keep my cars 10 years plus! So save on fuel but I hope you lease it and it’s a throw away car!
What difference is there if I have the money? I would go to my local dealer, where I am sure they would sell me a car. Me thinks your dealer is a lot stuck up.
Lexus really needs to step up the game. Their feature is too generic with this kinda price. Needs massage for 1st, 2nd rows and panoramic moonroof at least.
oh u forgot one crucial feature of ur rolex lexus, the engine failure. it is not fixed. those who dont know google it, save ur money if it is really hard earned. Cartel money on the other hand...go on.
The gear knob still oldish style with pvc or leather wrapped up omgggg 😂😂😂 the Japanese luxury car 😅😅😅 well, give you comfortable yes but the spec and materials still hard plastic and pvc
Too much sales speech! Lexus is only high at pricing now. Reliability is down(probably still decent, but you paid for it upfront), look is ugly, material is cheap, feature is lagging behind, the best of all, you can’t sale it to “normal “ person? I remember last time I went to a Rolex dealer, I was told the same thing, then I walked to VC and bought a watch. Hunger marketing me once, you are out for good!
@brashmadcap i don't think you have reliable data to back this claim. QX80 is entirely manufactured at infiniti's Japan plant which is considered to be one of the world's best. It's reliability ratings by JD Power is also higher than any Lexus vehicle. Do your research to see if your claim is valid.
That navigation system is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. It looks like an afterthought. Why can't car companies seamlessly blend the navigation system under the dash..
Lexus screams comfort, reliability and style...that's all I need..

I think many have to realize that Lexus is trying to compete mostly with the Range Rover rather than an Escalade or Navigator
There is zero competition, Lexus is way reliable car than the range rover. Good bye 👋
Trying to compete? Hahahah dude, lexus is in a league of its own. And it'll last more than a hundred miles leaving range rover way low in the league table lol
Waooo excellent luxurious sleek machine amazing LEXUS
Does it look shorter than the LX570? Or is it just the video? And just call it LX700h since it's hybrid.
Your video was great and interesting, I enjoyed it, thank you ❤❤
Thank you so much!!! I'm glad you enjoyed!
I love Lexus...

Lexus need to re design the dash. It's ugly compare to navigator & escalate
I definitely agree. plus please give me another choice between black or palomino interior. maybe a light grey or medium brown tone.
The problem with the Lexus is the size of the front face or the front grille, which is exaggerated. I wish they would copy the front shape as the size of a Range Rover or a 63 G-Class.
Don't ever compare this to a pos navigator that's just disrespectful and the lx700 completely outclassed an escalade
LX is in a class by itself!!!!!
My 2023 gx460 laughts at the 3.4.
Wow, you have certainly reminded me why I dislike car sales people.......
очень Это потрясающе, спасибо, мой друг ❤❤❤
I miss the split tailgate!
Yes that's one of the reasons why I'm still holding on to the 570.
You forgot to mention the TT V6 problems and recalls. Rolexes certainly don’t have such problems.
Rolex is an entry to mid range watch brand mass produced on a production line. Rolex is akin to the Crown line. I would equate Lexus to JLC.
Nice an presence ❤but it letdown by old interior design. LX should have Hyperscreen and panoramic roof, split tailgate.
LX would be unchateble 🎉🥳
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's a sin that Lexus did aways with the most reliable V-8 on the planet.
I have loved the Lexus brand for years but they are definitely falling behind when compared with other brands!
The company’s say hybrid drive does not hurt your ICE engine for the life of the car .

Third row is compromised lexus should have extend a bit

Can you tell me who can buy such big car
Aficans. In africa they are functional and we love it. we have big families and our roads are not the best
People. People can buy these. It’s not even that big compared to American suvs
Visit Middle East sometime
What kind of bs is that? I can't buy a lx because I'm going to ship it overseas? Who cares where it gets sent after it is payoff.
Yeah I wish they take the piano black off of it can you stay with the Vader Chrome for the F Sport
It’s sad that they don’t compete where the X6, GLE coupe, and GV80 coupe do. I’d love to see Lexus enter that field.
Just add a super charger!!!
None of those cars you mentioned are designed for or are offroad capable.
Lexus really needs to step up the game. Their feature is too generic with this kinda price. Needs massage for 1st, 2nd rows and panoramic moonroof at least.
I’ll have to wait and see how the engine pans out. I don’t trust it. 5.7 was indestructible

Nah, if i come in with money to buy it you will sell it to me. You guys are on commision after all 😅
This truck needs to be black
👍👍👍👍
The nerve...no panoramic roof!?
Needs a V8 or better yet a V12!!

This looks so outdated compared to 2025 Infiniti QX80.
Which one will lose over 30% of it’s value the first year?
Maybe so, but the QX will spend half it’s life in the shop so few will ever get to see that style-
@brashmadcap i don't think you have reliable data to back this claim. QX80 is entirely manufactured at infiniti's Japan plant which is considered to be one of the world's best. This SUV is not cheap at all but what an ugly interior. The car is $10K more than Infitniy QX80 but it outdated.
Lexus looks outdated
This car is dying, days of glory are behind. Not reliable anymore. Not technology advanced. Not luxury. Body roll.
