That was impressive as hell... I don't know that I have watched any truck do more with less... I've seen trucks with hundreds of thousands of dollars of mods & engineering that were no more impressive... Awesome Truck...
This is ridiculously awesome. Very nice work on this build. Done ya homework and now you're enjoying the machine. Well done. The IDLE SPEED crawl is friggin' phenomenal.
If someone would have told me a square body Chevy went up that. I would say no way. That truck has low gears. Looks like really good brakes too. Very nice.
I miss my 1974 Chev 4x4, short bed step side with a straight 6 cylinder. I had her for 10 years. One of my regrets in life…. selling her. Unmatched torque
Does the driveshaft have a shield arund it? Is it just heavy duty? Seems like it would be pinched against the rock. That was absolutely badass. We had a 69 Scout that you could let idle through creek beds , sit in the window sill and steer with your foot. Loved that truck. Not great on the highway , but take it on the trail and it shined.
i have a 2 piece that makes it tucked up in the frame for a flat belly, has a CV so the angles are correct and can still be street driven. it thicker than a normal driveshaft but i wouldn't want to lay it on a rock anyways.
I just watched your video of you 3yrs ago just randomly popped up. And now I'm here to stay. Impressive truck. Going to see if you have a walk around video before I start with the questions. I'll be back
Awesome video of a simple work truck GETTIN' WORK DONE. No flash, no fuss, no muss. Major kudos to the side-by-side driver used as the counterweight for the truck! That had to take some balls!
No, I did upload the alternate camera angle of the climb to the channel. Truck is long enough where I can get the front tires up over the ledge and hooked into a groove to pull it up. Though gotta be on the right line to do so. I’m starting to work on this channel and get more videos uploaded and things up to speed.
Pretty impressive! That's fun 4 wheeling with a rig that has a few scrapes and dents but is really capable. I use to do a lot of wheeling 40 years ago in my Toyota HiLux but never anything like this.
That is some serious crawlin’! Love my SXS’s but full size, properly equipped full-size rigs (Trucks/Jeeps) seem to take technical crawlin’ to a whole other level!!
Same for US. I put 35s on mine so I can almost run highway speed. I just pulled a big block and 4l80e for a swap but my friend wanted to buy it. I'm going to do a 6.0 ls turbo now. I need overdrive to keep up with highway traffic.

Took the driver 10 min to climb in and fasten the seatbelt: 5 min to unload his balls out of the wheelbarrow and 5 min to wiggle into the truck with balls and all. Dayuum
First time seeing a vehicle lover in off-road. Normally, the tires will be replaced after the drive. Minimum of 2 minute burnout. Vehicle destroying idiots, Please follow this man's skill if you can.
You winch a car up a slope in the manner of a recovery truck and call it driving!! How come such things only happen on TH-cam channels but not in reality? Even a battle tank can't do the climb let alone a cheap pick-up truck!!
holy smokes that's a climber for sure, not a lot of effort, good to see him idle it up all these drivers smokin tires and flippin their rigs goin crazy, slo an easy, super lo gearing, for rock climbing id have a 2 way split rear end with an UBER low
I dig rock crawling but sometimes i have a feeling about the impact on the landscape. I get that its nothing compared to what we already do with roads and buildings. But i tell myself it's all to get people to places they would never be able to hike to. But other part of me is comparing this to graffitti in the city...
There's not much difference between a full size pickup and a four door Jeep. Besides, if you look at it from the top, the bed's been shortened about two feet.
Хренбы он так выехал , его скорее тянули спереди . Потомучто левая сторона лежало пузом ка камне а он всë ехал такого небывает . Однозначно на буксире 100% .
Not only was a badass climb and outstanding truck but the guy driving it has some serious balls too. WOW great job on both
Why are the interest in another man’s balls?
That was impressive as hell... I don't know that I have watched any truck do more with less... I've seen trucks with hundreds of thousands of dollars of mods & engineering that were no more impressive... Awesome Truck...
Last 30 seconds were anxiety inducing. Beautiful truck, excellent driving, glad the algorithm picked this one out for me today

at the very end dude was literally crawling up WITH THE BRAKES APPLIED. Insane
The Toyota Tacoma Off road with the Crawl control also have the super slow speed.
If someone would have told me a square body Chevy went up that. I would say no way. That truck has low gears. Looks like really good brakes too. Very nice.
Well, they didnt show the front winch 😂
Exactly 🤣
Probably 5.29 gears with double transfer cases
Yeah that is a awesome truck for sure! Definitely no winch used
Amazing, tyre's bit hard
wow man, that was super cool! not sure how i stumbled onto this video but glad i did.. the control & patience was awesome.. thanks for sharing!
I miss my 1974 Chev 4x4, short bed step side with a straight 6 cylinder. I had her for 10 years. One of my regrets in life…. selling her. Unmatched torque
Gimme an inch,an I'll take a while.
Ain't even breakin a sweat.
Lets appreciate how gentle that chevy was on the rocks, didnt chew em up to much😂
No purpose other than to stoke a tiny ego.

Serious balls and skill.
Just driver mod 🤙🏻 😅

@@Bean4dip thanks. It's badass to watch in this vid. Keep em coming.
My Cadillac has a center carrier, 5 U-Joints, and 2 double Carden joints.
It's a lot, but works well..
I just watched your video of you 3yrs ago just randomly popped up. And now I'm here to stay. Impressive truck. Going to see if you have a walk around video before I start with the questions.
I'll be back
This will go viral for a good reason. Unbelievable.
winch
Okie boomer sooner
I thought no way too long. Wow. Dude can drive!
Jeep would flip backwards . The long wheel base is what got him up there
That's freak'n awesome 👍🏿👍🏿
Awesome! Got some gearing there . Idol right up . Nice and easy on everything
Idle
@@xmo552 thanks. I didn’t notice my spell check did that. Keep me honest
That sumbitch is just badass AF lol
That was an amazing crawl!
That Old Square Body just idled up that rock in Beast Mode!
Awesome video of a simple work truck GETTIN' WORK DONE. No flash, no fuss, no muss.
Major kudos to the side-by-side driver used as the counterweight for the truck! That had to take some balls!
Did you winch after the cut?

@@Bean4dip friggen awesome either way. Noice
That driver was locked in. Ultra flow…
best 4x4 chevy !
Pretty impressive! That's fun 4 wheeling with a rig that has a few scrapes and dents but is really capable. I use to do a lot of wheeling 40 years ago in my Toyota HiLux but never anything like this.
i mean if i have a brand new tacoma trd pro or something i wouldnt do stuff like this with it
Considering the very limited suspension travel...
That was amazing!
That is some serious crawlin’! Love my SXS’s but full size, properly equipped full-size rigs (Trucks/Jeeps) seem to take technical crawlin’ to a whole other level!!
Хорошая лебёдка!
I need a relationship as strong as that suspension.
Epic climb! Very impressive truck and even more impressive driving!
Now how do you get back down. Wow that is wild
And Oklahoma tags too! Love this!
Wow, that's pretty cool! 😎
BEAUTIFUL!
Its not gonna make it. Look man, I'm telling you its not going to make it, back it down. Damn. It made it. My thought process watching the video.
Those square box truck is bad ass
That's badass but personally I would never do that with my truck haha
Nobody with half a brain would do that to their truck.
That winch helped tremendously at the end.👍🏻
I don't see them using a winch. I watched this from 2 different angles.
this guy has faith in his truck
makes me proud of owning a chevy 4x4
Love Square body's 👍🏻🍻
Very impressive,, 👍😎👍
I had the Canadian version of this truck. 4;56 in the diffs. Was nuts. I would walk faster when I would put it in 4 lo lock and keep it in first.

Fucken Badd Ass. 👍
wtf dude thats insane
SaWeeeeeet climb 🤘
Is that in Las Cruces, Habanero Falls.
Impressive as hell!
Shiva me timbers
To quit for gas or diesel. The bed had some additional special boxes added as well. What was truly used to propel that truck up that steep @$$ hill?
LS swap is what I hear.
5.3 LS
on that climb, gearing, lockers, and most importantly, the driver driving by feel.....
🤯 Wowsers! I'da never thunk it!
Great work!
R u sure you didn’t get a little help?
I can always upload the other camera angle I have
Rock crawler not bouncer.
it’s a terrible bouncer 😂
ガッツ🙂👍
Impressive

Where you out of? I noticed the fellow Okie tags. I’m in Poteau.
Southwest Oklahoma area.

Used to drive cucv's in the service. Also hucv's and dodge m880's. And of course hmmwv's. Deuce and a half's and Bradley's. All good.😂
Excellent driving skills, I had a Jeep XJ with diff lockers it could climb anything, but it required an appropriate skill level.

Mad skills. Wicked build.
That's impressive, and sounded like he never touched the gas
I don’t think my 2016 High country could handle that 😂
Increible😮 por donde sube esa camioneta. Y el conductor.👏👍. Esa zona incluso mucha gente con Motos de TRIAL. Si no tienes buen nivel no lo subes.👏👏👏
THATS INSANE !! WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO ABUSE YER 4X4 TRUCK LIKE THAT ?? S.M.H.
Just wow!
What's the point?
Молодец машинка.
I can’t imagine seeing that wall and thinking “yeah I could climb up that”. Doesn’t matter which vehicle haha
What's his crawl ratio? 900 to 1?
117:1 crawl ratio.
I used to fix the old cut v trucks and blazers in the army.😊 This one was pulled with a winch😊
The only old military vehicle I’d ever want besides a Jeep or M35
I'd want a tank if I could afford to fuel it. And a HEMMT.
Where’s all the can your truck do this fellas at? Just a ole Chevy out doing Chevy stuff!!!
I thought the frame would bottom out at the top. Drive shaft should be out of the way with the carrier bearing angle but a hell of a climb.
Watched it many times Amazing how no wheels touching he manages to climb being pull up the hill. By 4 wheeler
Sure doesn’t look like he’s aired down. Rock crawling 101.
It's nice to see people have money to play and try and trash equipment that got very expensive.
A good old Army Truck with some mods. Not the 6.5 liter diesel I'm sure.
That is called pure Chevy power.
No it's called pure gearing
Wow. Go square body. I wouldn't even try that in mine. 👌
Ok, but can the military do it?
Have they practiced it, even once?
*Proudly painting rubber all over! M'urikkka*
Chewed its way up there, sick
Very nice...
Would you believe it's an EV...yeah me neither.
Why not walk up there like l did after parking my tesla seems like a lot less hassle!
obligatory: my honda accord could make it up that hill!!
It would help to cut the frame and bed closer to axel centerline 👍
💪💪
Nice, I've seen it done with a Jeep but not with a full size Chevy.
There's not much difference between a full size pickup and a four door Jeep. Besides, if you look at it from the top, the bed's been shortened about two feet.
Back when Chevy trucks were built right.
Sounds like that motor is barely working 😮
Only used 1/2 a gal of gas and didn't even take the easiest route!
These things are UN freaking believable. I've seen a truck just like this just walk right up something that a Wrangler struggled on.
I swore he was going to break a tie rod. Its always the tie rods that break.
Lemme watch it again and comment again for that good old algorithm.
Хренбы он так выехал , его скорее тянули спереди . Потомучто левая сторона лежало пузом ка камне а он всë ехал такого небывает . Однозначно на буксире 100% .
