“All aboard! The beloved Tijuana-Tecate tourist train returns.

The 60-year-old double-decker train was rumbling along the century-old track to Tecate on a recent Saturday. It was the first trip of the year on the Tijuana-Tecate train ride, and only the second since the tourist route reopened following a three-year pandemic shutdown.
