This is the venue where I really learned to ride a mountain bike (rigid, to start), multiple decades ago. Thanks for the flashback. I'm planning a return visit this spring after a 25+ year absence since moving to NH.
Thanks! It is a blast. I've only ridden the Line Street side once and we got a little lost, but we did hit Lower Mamba on the way out which was killer: www.strava.com/activities/831794695
I ran xc at MHS, we trained there all summer! ran there a ton, hiked there recently with my bro. havent ridden but i see probably 25-50 people biking when Im there. Nice folks, lots of big biking groups, 5-10 people per group. It's such a great place!
Hey Jordan, awesome videos. I live in west Hartford and am always biking at the Rez. You mentioned in one of your vid that u r pet of a mailing group to go biking? Can u send me that info. I'm always riding alone, all my buddies have given up on riding it seems lol.
Funny story about getting shocked under the power lines. I was using my GPS to get to Skank Juice. I passed it 3 times because the power lines were making my GPS go haywire lol One summer I was obsessed with mapping every trail at Case because I just bought the GPS. I have 48.7 miles of trail mapped and I'm sure there are some new ones since I started lol
Jordan Byron thanks I think I’m going to give it a shot. I live 10 mins away and have hiked some trails there before. I do rails to trails but I want to get a little more extreme lol
Cool dude. Case may be a lot to handle for your first ride in the woods. It’s not crazy but I also don’t think it’s particularly beginner friendly. Rockland’s bike park may be a better intro if you don’t mind making the trip down to Madison
Jordan Byron thanks for the heads up I’ll try that first. I just don’t know really any spots in ct and case is really close to me. Any other suggestions?

Born and raised in Manchester. Love your videos man! Keep it up!
Thanks Harley! Not sure when I’m going to get back on the horse and make more videos, but I appreciate the love!
Great video, I haven't ridden that side of Case yet. Looks awesome!

It's super easy to get lost up there, especially when you start exploring. I'm still learning trail names, so it gets a bit confusing.
love hiking in case/merrywood! great vid ive been on all those trails!
Nice Paul thanks for watching. Do you ride at all or just hike?

Sweet dude. 🤘🏻
I grew up in Manchester CT, love that town
You should check out Salmon River/ Day Pond. I grew up riding Eastern CT. miss the quiet country life sometimes but not the crappy cities in Ct.
I’m pretty sure that’s in my list. I know I’ve heard people talk about Day Pond.
Going to have to add that to the list 👍
Yeah Joe this place is a lot of fun
I finally got a new bike. I got the Marlin 7. It should be great for Case Mountain!
Sweet dude. Let me know how it stacks up against the mountain.
i'll definitely tell you. Oh by the way i upgraded from a specialized Hotrock 20in. :D
Giant Trek Norco offer some pretty crazy stuff
I’d say that that bike has been great, I’ve since gotten a new xc bike

@@JordanByron you got a time we can meet up, or an instagram
I’m on Instagram. If I do a group ride I’ll announce it here or there.
Cool
Trolled, dingle berries and tossed salad
Haha yup
I will like to explore some trails with someone who knows the place
Do you think my hard tail could handle this?
Probably. People rode hard tails for a long time before full suspension bikes were a thing.

Garrett Eastman try some trails in Mansfield hollow nice blend of climbing and dipping
That is not a “park” it is a water shed for a reservoir.
