      Thank you. Some of it really requires a second person to apply just enough counter-pressure in opposing directions that can also dynamically update based on what they are feeling. A 2nd party perspective sometimes helps you uncover things you couldn't on your own. This mostly because not everyone is well-tuned to their physiology. While you can do some of these against a wall or other surface, there is a definite difference in release when someone trained can assist.
