You are back, yaaay. I have found that anger towards someone takes so much work and energy. I found myself in a situation today where I got angry at someone near and dear to me because that person felt I was staring or glaring at them and he got angry with me. I got defensive, I got all spooled up. Mind you this was shortly after I returned from Mass and received the sacrament of the Eucharist. I mean I was upset. But then I took recourse to the two daily prayers I say “every single day” to the Father to instill patience in my heart and begged the Lord for forgiveness. But not before I made peace with that person. When I did I felt so much better that I salvaged the day and my own composure but not without the intercession of God the Father and God the Son. This was a wonderful lesson young lady, thank you and God’s Blessing Upon You. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Amen. God has delivered me from so much anger. Learning to forgive has brought so much blessings in my life. To be able to trust God with my anger has freed me so much. Free from bitterness, resentment and hurt. Thank you Lord Jesus. 🙌

If you are still angry at people from your past whom you never/rarely see anymore, it is better to forgive them. I speak from personal experience, as someone who used to want to find them and tell them off. It's better to just forgive and forget. You don't have to relive them, so just move on with your life and you will be happier. There's an extremely good chance that they have grown over time and reflected on their past choices and felt heavy regret and self-loathing for the harm they caused you and/or faced the consequences of their actions.

Amen! Thank you so much for your encouraging message from the Word of God! I struggle so much with anger, bitterness, and resentment towards others who have hurt me and betrayed me! I have prayed for this sister in Christ who betrayed me and hurt me really bad! I was a good friend to her and I still feel the anger, bitterness, and resentment towards her but I have begun to pray little by little for her and her daughters! Forgiveness is possible by the grace of God! However, the damage that has been done in the friendship and the hurt is too deep for reconciliation! Still praying for this sister in Christ! I will always love her in Christ! Thank you for your transparency and vulnerability my young sister in Christ! Your message was a great blessing to me! God bless you!!!😊
    In Christ,
    Brother Jason

Self-control, self-regulation, restraint. Anger is bad energy. God is the All-forgiving so we should follow that example :) THANK YOU for your content

    simple solutions
exercise, running (not walking), Punching bag, writing/journaling, Driving, Activities that are complicated and require a lot of concentration.
Number one hands down is Praying about things and reading the bible for more understanding.

Amen, nice video! The best part is that you could easily teach this particular concept to someone face-to-face that needs to hear it. I hope you use this gift for that reason :)

Keep going Becca, you are doing a great service. By the way, one meaning of your name Rebecca is "captivating." I think that you are following the will that God has laid out for you, and so you will reach the ultimate victory.

Forgiveness is one of the hardest things to do, to learn.. but .. I think - we as Christians can eventually classify it as a skill that gets better - or rather - it becomes easier - with practice. I struggle with forgiveness (for many years .. especially to my parents). But these verses, that you've mentioned, give me hope .. PS - it would be interesting if you took a closer look at the verses "Honor thy father and thy mother". Because it can be challenging especially for those who have a very complicated relationship with their parents... Anyway, thanks for another supportive video.. I'm praying for you.. Thank you!

''Like a burning bridge, an angry man’s path will be engulfed in flames, until there is nowhere left for him to turn. The enemy, the devil, wants us at each others throats, as he knows what great things we could accomplish if we all loved and had concern for one another. Divided they fall, United they stand.

Thank you for your videos. You have a good way of explaining things. Your passion is obvious. On a side note I would capitalize your titles on videos except for tiny words like and, of, etc.
Thank you for being a messenger for the LORD. Where we go when we pass on is far and away the most important thing there is.

I pray you learn to forgive your father, he’s only human and is vulnerable to wrath. You are more powerful for you are getting closer to God. The more closer you reach to Jesus more his Grace will change the people around you. Maybe one day your father will repent and ask for forgiveness. If not you’ll always have family and father in Heaven and a King who died for you. Stay blessed ❤️🙏

Today I had gotten super angry at my sister for something she was doing, she was taking my clothes and yeah regular sister arguments. But what I noticed is that I was so angry I was going to tell her off and be super mean to her but I felt as though God was saying, daughter resist. Because in our anger we will say things we don’t mean

    Prayer For Patience
Lord, thank You for the stillness
When I can relax before You.
Lay my impatience with other people,
Smooth the furrows from my brow, The lines from my face,
The frustrations from my heart
The heavy loads from my mind
The searing irritations from my soul.
I ask for the graciousness of patience
The ability to relax when I must wait.
May a quiet heart and mind attend to me.
Make straight my path.
Wrest every short temper
With a sense of humor.
Amen
