hatch planting with amaru is actually really effective and on maps like coastline and kanal being able to move between rooftops and hatches is also pretty useful

I think this might be a little too strong as you could just sit drone on obj and get a nice view of the enemy defense as your pushing. Maybe if the screen was only on her secondary it would be ok but even then I dont know.
For the deafening grenade it could be like any other nade and when thrown into a room it will "Explode" and players around will get the ringing in their ears that regular explosions have without taking damage and the ringing would fade and the player would be left with the Ela/Zofia audio effect without the visual disturbance.
I think that Amaru is a great op. Especially whenever you go up an open hatch. when your team is pushing one side, you can flash and be right in the side because of said open hatch.

I'd personally make his glasses immune to flash as a passive. However, he needs the glasses to activate to see through smoke but after the time runs out the gadget goes on cooldown and during that time he is no longer immune to flashes. A P90 would do well and give him his impacts back. Turning him into a 2 speed would work too imo.

For modern warfare ground war, I would recommend allowing each player only 1 killstreak instead of 3. 1/3 of the streaks on the map but also gives you personally a reward rather than just a squad leader.

The sound deafening operator could actually be Lion. Instead of tracking enemy movement (since we have jackal for that) when his gadget goes off maybe those sound waves his drone produces can effect the defending teams ability to hear for the a couple of seconds. And to compensate for this possibly being a nerf maybe make it where defenders get stuck in an animation covering their ears from the noise it makes for those couple of seconds.
One fix may be a system for ground war specific killstreaks, so rather than 64 UAV’s, ONE comes up, and is extended by however many people add to it. A chopper comes in and patrols the map, only 1 is available per team, and the duration is extended based on killstreak count.. also, a limit on how many are available per side and only X amount per game in total, or limit it per player? It has to be toned down somehow 😂
The sound attacking operator would be a really good match up with ying so they couldn't hear her gadget being deployed. And I feel like it could bring in new depth to siege that only a few operators cover right now.

I like the idea of something like maybe a Ying ball but you choose between "footsteps/shuffling" noises, "gunfire" noises, or "recorded character lines" to play from said device
What if there was a 3 armor 1 speed attacker with a battering ram that could go through a lengthy animation and bust open a sledgehammer size chunk out of a reinforced wall. He would have the Alda as his primary weapon and would have a big battering ram on his back. And/Or the size of the hole could be varied by other operators interacting with/assisting him as he breaches for a larger sized hole. This would be an operator that was useful on his own but more useful with more team coordination.
What if for siege to replace the pick and ban if an operator dies they can’t be picked again. But will reset when they switch sides. This would had another level of thought when playing and having to save a character or trying for a clutch
Just having only the squad leader be able to do call in streaks will feel like a punishment than a reward fr doing well. I think using a two teir streak system will help; using both killstreaks for the squad leader and maybe giving squad members that do well specialist bonuses or the like like in modern warfare 3 can reduce the amount of things in the air and keep othe players satisfied.

Great video. I agree audio is an asset, I think Ubisoft is doing that new operator idea anyway by sounds being bugged anyway. I have had many issues where someone has breached a window and myself nor any other teammates in the area heard it go off.

I feel like IQs gadget is useful for yourself and when you are communicating well, but in a casual-setting or even in a squad, it can be quite hard to describe where exavtly a gadget is located.

No one really needs extra ammo but having an extra reinforcement would be nice maybe something else instead of the ammo would be better

I have found that Amaru can work incredibly well in rush strats at silver level. Drone above the objective and push unreinforced hatches etc.

One fix may be a system for ground war specific killstreaks, so rather than 64 UAV’s, ONE comes up, and is extended by however many people add to it. A chopper comes in and patrols the map, only 1 is available per team, and the duration is extended based on killstreak count.. also, a limit on how many are available per side and only X amount per game in total, or limit it per player? It has to be toned down somehow 😂
The sound attacking operator would be a really good match up with ying so they couldn't hear her gadget being deployed. And I feel like it could bring in new depth to siege that only a few operators cover right now.
I think the sound deafening idea would work if the operator would have like a drone to take into the room, and it would make a large blast of sound, deafening everyone on the room

Why tho? Attacker gadgets were specifically made to be used by attackers, for example: What would this operator do if he picked up fuse's gadget? Or ying's?
And on the other hand it could be too OP like if that operator used jackal's gadget or Montagne's.
Then they could pick up Amaru’s gadget and yeet themselves up a hatch onto the roof. Gives more purpose to Amaru, for the enemy.
I like the idea of something like maybe a Ying ball but you choose between "footsteps/shuffling" noises, "gunfire" noises, or "recorded character lines" to play from said device

What if there was a 3 armor 1 speed attacker with a battering ram that could go through a lengthy animation and bust open a sledgehammer size chunk out of a reinforced wall. He would have the Alda as his primary weapon and would have a big battering ram on his back. And/Or the size of the hole could be varied by other operators interacting with/assisting him as he breaches for a larger sized hole. This would be an operator that was useful on his own but more useful with more team coordination.
When I first heard the idea about an operator making a loud sound I thought. So they just yell really loud?
What if for siege to replace the pick and ban if an operator dies they can’t be picked again. But will reset when they switch sides. This would had another level of thought when playing and having to save a character or trying for a clutch
Just having only the squad leader be able to do call in streaks will feel like a punishment than a reward fr doing well. I think using a two teir streak system will help; using both killstreaks for the squad leader and maybe giving squad members that do well specialist bonuses or the like like in modern warfare 3 can reduce the amount of things in the air and keep othe players satisfied.

I agree audio is an asset, I think Ubisoft is doing that new operator idea anyway by sounds being bugged anyway. I have had many issues where someone has breached a window and myself nor any other teammates in the area heard it go off.
What about a defensive operator who has access to very bright lights that can be set in hallways or choke points that obscure the attackers vision Or vice versa with the attacker having a strobe light type device?

This operator can shoot 2 or 3 breaching charges and detonate them at the same time to kind of throw off defenders to which window the attackers are using. I know it sounds really basic but I like coordinating with my team. I think something small like this can be a game changer.
I wish that they would've at least tried out if aramu using her gadget inside the building (like repelling to the inside balcony on bank) when she was on the test server

I thought the other day. What if their was a castle like attacker, you clear a room and lock it down with a door and move on. Plant the defuser then lock down a door to force the defenders too move in another direction. I'm probably explaining it badly but just a thought.

Hey Matimi0, what do you think of an IQ-Buff, where if she pings a gadget with her visor, it would get an outline, that's visible through walls. I feel like IQs gadget is useful for yourself and when you are communicating well, but in a casual-setting or even in a squad, it can be quite hard to describe where exavtly a gadget is located.
What about a bulletproof defender drone that can move around like a spider and drill it self into walls and ceilings but it has to be a soft wall so attackers can shoot out the sides
