As for non Christian lost media, the founder of Manichaeism, Mani, wrote a book composed only of pictures which is also now lost, as are some of his other works.
For suggestions of lost religious material from other religions, there's the Manichean holy book. At one point it was widely circulated (Augustine of Hippo was even a Manichean before converting to Christianity) yet very little info about Manichean writings actually survive.
Unironically I think this is a good thing. If one of the greatest doctors of the church was deceived by this heresy, then clearly it was a convincing one at least to some degree. Good riddance if ask you me.
Some other ones are the majority of the original sacred books of Zoroastrianism being lost (2/3 are lost, there are later writings which claim to summarize their content in paraphrased form) and most wiritings of Roman mystery cults being lost. Another one is that I remember reading a greek Historiographer claiming that the celtic druids used to write down a lot of their lore and teachigs in gaulish language using the greek alphabet, but obviously, none of that has survived.
Oh yeah, I watch his stuff occasionally. He makes some really great videos, but they’re pretty intense sometimes. Definitely not for everyone But I always thought he was a great narrator, so I’ll take your comment as a compliment lol
Although the 3rd secret mystery is interesting, many people use it as a distraction. If God required the faithful to hear this alleged 3rd secret then He would find away to do so through a legitimate source. Yet some people act as if not hearing this apparent message is going to destroy the Church - as if the Church could be described. People need to calm down and trust the same God who sent the Virgin to visit the children. We can all learn from the virtuous silence of Sister Lucia. It is interesting to note that St John Paul II once said, paraphrased, that if there was some secret message that said some apocolyptic things, then what would be the required response? - to pray more. But would people actually pray more, or are they just using this as an excuse to blame others for everything. The truth is that the Vatican has the right to withhold it (if it exists) if they wish. God would force their hand in some way if He needed to. The main thing to take away from Fatima is what we as the faithful were asked to do rather than to be uber-focused on things that we cannot control. To this day there are still people claiming that the consecration of Russia never happened even though Sister Lucia herself said that Heaven accepted it. How can people think they know better than the seer herself on such a matter? They dismiss it by claiming she was silenced. What an insult to the seer entrusted by our Lady. Others say she was replaced by a fake. Really?! Here's the thing. St John Paul II asked Sister Lucia at the first attempt and she said it didn't work. Then he asked her at the second attempt and she said it did. If the Pope had wanted to silence her then he would have done so the first time and not bothered the second. We are talking about a saintly pope here. I don't know where people get this stuff. As you said, people go off the rails with this stuff.
I think you should look more into the Nag Hammadi library and all the ancient texts from that time. The Gospel of Thomas is very interesting because it is more wisdom/meditations rather than an actual story. But there are pieces lost to the gospel as when it was discover by two boys their mother used the pages as kindling for fire... very interesting stuff and worth looking into deeper.
I thought you would have included the more standard lost religious material, like the Book of Jasher the Prophet, the Book of Gad the Seer, the Book of Nathan the Prophet, the Book of Iddo the Prophet, the Epistle of Paul to the Laodicean's and the other religious texts mentioned in the Old and New Testaments, but aren't in our current Bible, or anywhere else for that matter. There actually are reports of some of what was in the Lost 116 Pages from people who read parts of them, and somerized them in letters or journals. Yeah that channel claiming to have the Lost 116 Pages is very suspicious. He supposedly has a book where the Illuminati reveals they helped fake The Book Of Mormon. There are only three possible reasons this would be revealed, 1) if the Illuminati had such great control over all governments they no longer needed to hide, 2) if someone was trying to expose the Illuminati so they could be destroyed, 3) to discredit The Book Of Mormon to the desperate and gulibe enough to believe anything bad said about it. The first one would have been a global reveal, not an obscure book, so it's out. The second doesn't give enough information to be useful to destroy any Illuminati. So the third is obviously the reason, and is far from the only method used to attack whether The Book Of Mormon is fiction or based at least partly in facts. Why this isn't also being done with Nostradamus or the Knostic Gospels or Black Elk Speaks ect. I couldn't say. There's just something about The Book Of Mormon that unites the whole world against it, whether Trinitarian, Atheist, Muslim, Satanist or anything else.
I was actually the first view on his video. I got a notification for it as soon as it was posted and I watched it literally within seconds of it going live. I’m still not sure if I’ll address it. And that’s why I felt the need to make that update video about a week ago But overall, I thought his video was incredibly well done. I felt pretty honored that someone did a response video to something I made and he’s clearly a lot more proficient than I am at making videos
Dude, look up Bryan Litfin. He's an evangelical, but he has an interesting thesis on the Q Source: many people interpret Papias of Hyerapolis as mentioning an early hebrew version of the Gospel of Matthew, which seems weird because everything points towards the Gospel of Matthew been originally written in greek, but what Papias actually said is that the ebionites only accepted Matthew's records on the sayings of the Lord in hebrew. Litfin considers that Matthew first wrote what would simply be a collection of Jesus' sayings originally in hebrew, without any context on the occasions of these sayings, and that THAT is possibly the Q Source that Mark and Luke borrowed from and that the ebionites considered to be the only inspired gospel.
The Third Secret detailing apostacy in the Church and the refusal of the authorities to release it in 1960 (two years after the death of Pope Pius XII) is certainly good evidence for sedevacantism.
Pre Vatican 2 popes refused Fátima's requests (consecrating Russia, condemning communism, asking the people to repent, etc) without invalidating their seat. Though obviously that's all bad, it does not make them invalid, so neither does not releasing the third secret.
@@southronpapist If not following Fatima before wasn't a sign that the seat was empty, how come it became after? If it wasn't a sign before, it can't have been after

He is not alone Pius 10 on the errors of Modernism, Pius 9 his Syllabus of Errors and Pope Gregory 16 in his Encyclical “Mirari Vos” see #19 on the waldensians, the Beghards, the Wycliffites, and all the popes condemned the documents of Vatican 2 and the Synod of Pistoia and warned the faithful with excommunication, anathema if you don't reject the Vatican two documents, and church, and embrace the one true traditional Catholic Church, the depository of faith, before the end of your life. Then what are we to do you ask ? If you are a true traditional catholic then you are supposed to do what the Blessed Virgin Mary told us to do in these evil times, that she described at Fatima, in a third Secret. Not the fake phony Third Secret that John Paul II falsified and Rewritten, along with the fake Lucia !!! But the real true Third Secret of Fatima. Tou are also to do what the Blessed Virgin Mary told us to do at La Salette, France and again at Our Lady of good success, who described in great detail what is to happen to the Catholic church at the end of the 20th century and she was 100% right !!! What do we do then ? what did she say to do ? She said to say the traditional rosary, not the rosary of John Paul II, the traditional rosary 15 decades everyday as much or 5 decades on Monday 5 decades on Tuesday and 5 decades on Wednesday. Since the mass is the greatest prayer of all !!! you get the Saint Andrews missile (and no other missile) but the St Andrews missile, and you say Mass every Sunday (you're not able to consecrate) but you can still say the prayers of the Mass !!! from only the Saint Andrew's missile. You can say the rosary, the Seven Sorrows of Mary, the Stations of the Cross, all at home. Have nothing to do with today's fake Catholic Church!!! NOTHING !!! You say your prayers at home, you stay at home, and you say your prayers at home, the Traditional prayers of the church and you say them every day. You read the Bible the Catholic Bible and study what the Saints of the church did and stay away from newly written or revised books on the market today !!! Don't buy any books on the market after 1960 !!!! What about confession and all that ? You confess your sins to God the Father Son and Holy Ghost using the prayers in the St Andrews missile, on the confessional which is in the back of the book or you say one of the seven penitential Psalms along with the act of contrition. That's your confession, at home. For baptism you do the same at home with the proper, matter, form and intent. But whatever you do have nothing to do with the Vatican 2 Church even if it's empty do not go in it !!!
