i have a problem. so i got the gmail of the instructions how to do it. on number 3, i downloaded the 2024 driver but some reason, it said to delete the other one. i got confused because i just gotten it and i didnt do anything with it before it shipped here. i found the driver again but some reasons, it said "2023" and like i said, id didnt do anything before it shipped here. it shipped here when it was 2024, december 14. i tried many ways to delete the 2023 driver but it didnt delete. can you help me?

does it have to be connected to the laptop/pc all the time? or once the drive is installed, you can carry the artisul anywhere anytime?
