Your review helped so much to figure out a issue I was having with my Artisul d10 I got in 2017! Thank you so much for this review! If you hadn't mentioned about registering your tablet as main monitor I would of thought that I had messed up the tablet years ago. No other review channel about artisul ever mentioned this issue but yours. Again thank you!
I have been having the same issue with my pen moving on the wrong screen as well but even when I register my tablet to the main monitor I still cant correct it. I have had this tablet for 3 years and still cant figure out how to fix that one problem so I can actually use it again. I thought it was broken and heck... maybe it is...
it's great seeing the market expand past wacom! a while ago you did a review on the xp-pen 15.6 pro and i fell in love and bought it in august and dont think i could ever go back to pen touch to screen tablets!! hope this helps someone find their tru tablet love! :D

@@SeaSerpentLevi I actually have Artisul D16 and I was looking for ways to make the screen mirror the image and this video was just perfect! I can only speak for my tablet as it isn't the pro version, but let me tell you it works really well :) The screen size is nice, it's very smooth to work on. I am an artist but it's just a hobby of mine so I don't use it for long hours. I use it for around 2-3 hours a day as I only sketch/paint for fun. I am not sure if I'm the only one facing this issue but it happened twice so far, whenever I connect my tablet to my laptop, my laptop powers off as soon as that happens and I have to restart my laptop. There were two other instances that it worked perfectly fine without resetting my laptop, so I'm not sure what's the actual issue, my laptop or the tablet. Another thing is just kind of a thing that bothered me personally, it's impossible to use the tablet in bed lol, I just typically do everything on my bed and because of its size and me having to connect it to a laptop it's pretty cramped. I use my desk to draw now but I have to re plug everything everytime I want to sketch. But if you have a pc or you already use a desk then it shouldn't be a problem, otherwise I'd recommend you get a smaller size between 10-13 inches screen. Otherwise it's a great investment. I used to draw on an older wacom tablet that didn't have a built in screen. I looked up at options for tablets with a screen and Artisul struck me as a good company, and I think it preforms well above my expectations for it's price point! I just find myself drawing more often since it's a lot easier to draw directly on the screen. I think it'll be a good tablet to use for that sort of work :)
@@KH-md8wo thanks for your fast awnser. Im doing research and some problems appear consistently in the reviews, but was not aware of the problem of resetting the pc. It may be a situational thing tough. I use a very old screenless tablet i got as a gift recently, but since i spend really a lot of hours a day on it i feel i should really upgrade because, well its not exactly bad (i enjoy using it actually), but my back gets tired because my table and chair are just random bad ones that i have at home, and its a wacom Bamboo which means repetitive hand movement. Those 2 problems x15+ hours a day equals that i probably should really put some upgrades xD thanks a lot for your time

Just bought this tablet! My grandma knew I needed a tablet so me and my mom went and looked through them and I decided that this one was the one I liked the best. I'll be getting it on Saturday so i'll probably update this comment with how I liked it.
@@aleksandrar3452 tablet works great, a lot better then expected. it works great with my laptop and it’s super light and easy to carry. it is on the larger side of tablets but i like it. no issues with it yet and it was super easy to set up
Parallax IS a hardware issue. It’s about the distance between the screen and the glass. Some screens are “Laminated,” and that means that there is something there to minimize the parallax.
I recomend you the XP Pen Artist 15.6 Pro. 440$, no parallaxing, great quality pen, and easy to set up. Have been usingit for more than a year now and is great.
After 3 months I finally found a way to import my new tablet! I had a huion inspiroy q11k, and I sold it in November and I’m buying a kamvas pro. It should arrive like in 3 weeks!!! I can’t wait draw digitally while seeing what I’m doing!!!
Imma XP-Pen fanboy. Head's up XP-Pen people if you had one in the past that didn't support tilt. Might wanna check out their version 2's that do support tilt now.
The D16 Pro is now selling for $339 on the Artisul website with free shipping! They have also updated the driver software as of March 17th 2020 but don't know what additions/changes were made. I have heard about the parallax on other reviews. I have heard they are working on it but don't know if/when it will be fixed
Im having weird issues with mine. Krita doesnt even detect pen pressure. In Photoshop and Clip Studio there is weird pen pressure issues . When i draw lines suddenly the line comes out far bigger than the pressure that i applied which is annoying Any work around this? tried everything at this point but the tablet seems defective. In the pen pressure calibration from them it works fine but not in the sofware
Hey! I just got this tablet and am super stoked for it! however i do have a question, since it asks me to uninstall all other tablet software's, does my wacom tablet count too? I have an old transportable wacom tablet that is handy for school, so Im not sure if i would want to replace it since the artisul is too big to carry. What would you suggest? Can you use different stylus pens with different tablets like say if you got a new tablet but already had a pen could you use that pen or does it have to be the one the tablet came with?

@@hikari1591 then you're fine with this tablet and any other tablet you connect to a laptop or computer. You can try to download Krita already, to make sure your laptop can run it. When choosing a tablet just make sure your laptop has all the cable-options for the tablet you want.
Not sure if you bought anything yet, but in all my research, along with the Huion 16 pro, they are all near equal, and you're best to get the cheapest one if the price difference is big enough. I got a Huion 16 a few weeks ago, and am pretty happy with it. It was $200 off on Amazon (Canada) to make it $400, whereas the others also had deals, but were at $500. IIRC, the XP-Pen isn't a laminated surface, so it has more parallax. If none of those are on sale, I probably would have just ponied up for a Cintiq, but when the Huion was less than half price of that, and I'm just doing it for a hobby, the savings was more than big enough (I'm the type of guy to spend more of the quality makes up for the cost). Wacom all the way if I was really serious about it though.
I agree, I would personally go for a xp-pen brand. They're more affordable like this but better quality than this one that's more comparable to wacom. A good example is the jitter test, it's alot less on the xp-pen also way less perilax. Me and my roommate both have a xp-pen and they're really nice

Update... with the pandemic they kept my tablet on storage and I email the mailing company and they lost the box 😭
I use my kamvas pro 16 and it's amazing. Basically a cheaper version of basic wacom cintiq and colours look great on it after some adjustment

When you say "remove previous tablet drivers" do you mean ONLY Artisul drivers or all drivers?

Do you think that the xp pen Artist is better? I recently got the xp pen artist 13 and I'm just curious wich you believe is better.
XP Pen is definitely better than Artisul. No worries. 👍 XP Pen is a pretty solid budget brand.
Yes,XP Pen is definitely on same level with Wacom mid end price with Huion catching up,Artisul is a tiny bit behind Huion on par with Gaomon

Wacom One is about the same price range and wayyyyyyy better. XP Pen also makes some more affordable tablets that are okay.
