I just purchased Psalms in this series and absolutely love it. I do not like writing in my premium bibles, but this is just perfect. Way to go, Thomas Nelson!

Could you do a side by side comparison of these and the CSB? I saw your CSB review but it would be nice to have an in depth look at them together. Thank you.
I typically use an 8 1/2 by 11 ruled note book from the local office supply store. While these journals are nice because they include the Sacred Scripture, with the ruled noted book I have have much more freedom for note taking because I am not limited by the text on the left-hand side. As for the book introductions, couldn't we just look to our study bibles or Old and New Testament survey? Again, the journal set is nice but taking into consideration people already own a bible... wouldn't it make more sense to pickup a 8 1/2 by 11 ruled note book and a solid Old and New Testament Book Survey? One could take the $120.00 remaining and invest it into the ministry of the local church to which they belong or could put it into their saving. Your video review are done very well! Blessings!
Well it’s not for everyone but some people enjoy collecting stuff even if it isn’t cost effective. I won’t be picking this up but there are some advantages like the text you are studying being right next to your notes. Once again not for everyone but I can see the appeal. And books being divided can also have its appeal for some, especially people who want to pick up the book and just read it, and zone out.
This is exciting. I would be interested in how they broke down the distinctions of the Writings and the Prophets - if it is more of the traditional TaNaK divisions or if it is more of the Judeo-Christian order.
