Great video, thanks for the review. However, one nit to pick, on your top-down views it would be helpful if you zoomed in because I couldn't see the things you were talking about. For example, you said there are lines in the outside margins for notes, but I couldn't see them. You also mentioned the red color for the references, etc. and I couldn't see that either.
Really wanting one of these. I purchased the nkjv journaling bible with the cloth over board cover. The blue floral one. While I really do love it as I've customized much of it, it has no references in it. 😞 Plus I love the look of brown leather/leather-like bibles. My birthday is coming up, so maybe I can convince my hubby I need a new bible 😉lol. Since we've both gotten saved and started attending a church over the past year, I've collected several translations to compare and read. Nkjv is by far my fave.
My only problem with this Bible is the print is just sooooo small. They have a large print version, but it does not have the references. So, I may have to give up the references if I want this journaling Bible. :o/ Especially since I have not seen them both in a store to compare the print sizes.
What's the font size compared with Times New Roman? I'm from Jamaica and would to have this Bible, I thee reviews say the font is a bit small. I wouldnt want to buy it and it's too small for my eyes. There's one with large print but it doesn't have references. While I'm not a fan of red letter editions but since you have no alternatives and it's still the word of God I buy them. These Bibles don't sell in my county and its very expensive to purchase online, so that's why I'd love to know the size compared to times New Roman where I could print and see if I'm okay withy the size.
There have been many, many times that I wished other translations had the creativity and niceness of presentation that Crossway ESV does.
