One of my favorite verses is "For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 God has good plans for us but we will still endure trials in life. God will not take away our suffering but our faith and hope will cause us to flourish in the midst of our storms.

When I became a new believer in Christ, the verse that touched me was Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” I needed to know who He was in my life! Now 12 years later I have lost the ability to drive due to radiation treatment to my eyes for cancer. How prophetic that verse has become. I spend most time at home, Still! Yet with the word of God at my fingertips!!! God bless you for your ministry and reaching out to people like me!!! Life is beautiful when we live in Gods beautiful Word!!!!!

I have a few favorite verses but the one I am loving the most these days is Psalm 46:5 - "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day." (NIV) I am a great encourager of other people, but when it comes to myself, I often have doubts. This verse encourages me SO much! Anytime I see/read it, it makes me feel like superwoman (for lack of a better description) and that I can do ANYTHING with GOD within me AND on my side.
Thank you for testing things out in the Bible. With my first Bible, I ended up testing things on the sides and anywhere I could find blank space in the beginning or end of the Bible. I literally just ordered 2 Bibles a couple days ago, but thank you for organizing the giveaway, and to Thomas Nelson for sending out the Bible to you so we can learn more about their version.

So many favorite verses speak to my heart, but say Isaiah 41:10 - "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteousness." In past three years I've lost six family members. Both my parents, three cousins, and my husband from Bile Duct Cancer just 3 weeks after being diagnosed. His passing hit me hard. I became so afraid of everything, and didn't know what I'd do without him. I got saved when I was 16, and have continued my walk with the Lord all these years, but through this, has drawn me even nearer to God. I am so thankful I found Bible Journaling. For whatever purpose, I know He has a plan. He may be carrying me more than walking beside me, but that's okay. God is so good! Blessings for all you do. I was also on the hunt for a bible without lines. I have a bible called she reads truth and it doesn’t have journaling lines! It’s a really nice bible and includes devotionals, reading plans, maps and all kinds of cool stuff. The pages are super extra thin so I don’t know how it would stand up against artwork but I use it for note taking only. I use pilot frixion pen and get no bleed through. It’s been great
I have that Bible as well but I don’t necessarily consider it a journaling Bible since the pages are so thin and there isn’t much margin space. I do like the devotional content though!
My favorite bible quote right now is: “If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.” Psalms 139:8 💜 that’s just where I’m at in life. And it’s my comfort. I hope I win. ☺️

It has been my favorite scripture ever since that happened.

For information purposes...there are several journaling bibles currently on the market that do NOT have lines in the margins. I own the ESV Illuminating Bible (there are some pics on some pages) and the She Reads Truth Journaling Bible and neither have lines. I have previously owned a couple others that I no longer have due to small font size, etc.

Good to know...I know there are a few out there like that but not many of the journaling Bibles have that feature.
It’s easier to see on cream paper.. The Nelson Bible is so pretty.
I would get the large print. That Nelson Comfort Printbis very nice.
