In my main profile built an outdoor vault at the drive-in (flat land but only like 4 floors) and the a vault house in sanctuary (settlers sleep in the players pre-war house on sleeping bags)

@@IAREDARK in every Vault I always saw the wheel-door rolling inside the Vault, not outside. (where something could block it)
