@@LIVINGINNORTHNEWJERSEY-su7ge florida because it’s more spacious or New York because I’m very familiar with it. I just don’t like it here because its not like how it used to be. It used to be a vibe but now people are moving in (mainly from New York) and they’re making it into a mini suburban type Brooklyn New York when it used to just be a small town where everyone was friends. They’re making new buildings and stuff and now there are mice running around and getting into houses. Like I don’t have a problem with the fact that they’re making Bloomfield av a nice lil hangout spot, but like glenfield isn’t even like how it used to be. Everything was a vibe before

Hi, Just found your channel. Yup. I’m thinking of moving to Montclair NJ. Have my eye on a nice quaint 6 bedroom 5 bath Cotswold Tudor but I have no money, no marketable skills, and am old and feeble. Can you help?

Highland is not a diner. It is a spectacular restaurant. I have been there many times. I love Montclair. I lived in Verona and we used to frequent Montclair often. It is a wonderful town. I wish I could afford to live there. I would move back to Jersey from the south in a minute.

I know the feeling , we had moved from Verona to the Philadelphia suburbs to be close to family and lower cost of life.
Great area in general , I miss Verona Park and Verona dinner.

Imagine having to pay $22,000 a year to live in a house that you own, no mortgage. Hahaha.
