Just 1 question: how can you have plants AND cats? I mean my late cat (the first one) loved gardening - meaning disposing dirt around plants and dig them out systematically. I've never seen anything like this before.
My grandparents have a lot of alive plants and the worst thing the cat does is sniff them. Though the cat statue got ants on it from the aloe plant leaking fluid on it.

I have a doggy door for my cat to go outside during the day. I started letting her out when she was 2 since she was obsessed with the outside and always slipped out when I left for work. (I live on a farm btw so i find her in the barn a lot.) I took her on walks outside to visit the other barn animals and she likes it very much. Now she likes to follow me around when i go to feed them and she likes to watch me very intensely when I feed my daughter her bottle on the porch. Not all cats like the outdoors like my Cat Milo, hes absolutely terrified so he stays inside but that doesn't mean all cats dont like the outdoors. I suggest walking your cat and see how they like it.
Your Christmas cactus needs to be Both OUT of that (*Toxic) plastic pot & lN a clay pot ASAP. Even with drain-holes, the soil CANT BREATHE in a plastic pot, which is essential
Is he named after the game Daytona USA? I can only ever hear the song from that game when I hear the word Daytona. I mean, I guess there's an actual Daytona, but I mostly associate it with the game.
