His stacks last 30s the moment you get out of combat, even if you get new stacks while being out of combat. The only way to keep them is being in combat.
i have a question, my rotation of lyney in mono pyro comp usually consists of his skill into burst after 2 charged shots but i also saw people using his burst first then skill so is there anything special about this rotation?
The Burst will provide one mini-taunt and 1 Prop stack for your Elemental Skill, you ideally want to do your CAs, then Burst and lastly Skill when at the highest amount of stacks for the most damage. It might also depend on the artifact set used (Shimenawa opens with Skill and has stacks by 2nd rotation or Vermillion starts with Burst > CA > Skill).

it is really hard for me to stack his charged attack idk why… the easiest for me is 2 stacks, 3 if lucky, 4/5 are like once in a blue moon😭
