So happy for you, and thank you!
Love this so very much! Reminds me of my start on this journey, and the book:
The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma
    by Bessel van der Kolk
I'm also a big fan of Dr. Joe Dispenza's work in this field---thank you for introducing so many more practitioners tonight as well.
Looking forward to buying copies now and through the years to come, as we help to grow the community all across the world!
    💪🏿

Thank you so much, my friend! Both Bessel van der Kolk and Joe Dispenza are mentioned in my book. This is definitely going to be right up your alley:)
I appreciate your support of me and the book, but also your being part of this community working together to spread the word about why people can recover and master these symptoms. And my book shows just how to do it!
Sending you my best and can't wait to talk the book over with you.

Wise quote from Dan about healing: "It doesn't matter what you do; it matters what you think while you are doing it." (1:02:06)

Reminds me of Professor Tokayer’s wise inquiry, “What are you doing while you do what you do?”

@@LisaMorphopoulos Great quote! It makes me think maybe mind-body healing is like baseball. As Yogi Berra once said, "Baseball is 90 per cent mental. The other half is physical.”

Ha! Yogi Berra had a lot of classics. And was obviously a math whiz:)
