- Spring is the time for people in Yunnan to eat wildflowers and vegetables. Today, we took Da Wang for a swim and discovered a large patch of tender green wild vegetables by the stream. A Xia picked a big handful, while Da Wang and Lai Fu played and frolicked in the bushes. Nearby, there were large patches of plantain and mint, both beloved wild vegetables in Yunnan. Let's take them home and prepare a delicious wild vegetable feast for the family! Fried potatoes with mint, wild vegetable salad-every dish is full of flavor, a true gift from the mountains!
