JAYY’S jukebox is made for me to show you guys songs that meant something to me I picked the two songs I chose because they brought me out of a tuff time in my life and it was me sharing a piece of myself with you guys .im sorry I picked emotional songs but because everyone kept asking me to share songs that meant a lot to me I did.

@@wrldchamps04 I am unsure about that. I believe I saw in the Coldplay documentary,
"A Head Full Of Dreams", that it was about loosing Coldplays "fifth member" Phil Harvey (manager). And that Coldplay was not complete without him, and they got him back. I could be wrong.

Your choices only made me love this channel more. 😥 you're a good person man...and to share something like this is imo moving... we see you react to what we want all the time... to do something you chose is not only perfect but deeply resonant with the whole spirit of reaction vids and their deeper connection to the audience... point is...most of us are here to hear that our fav songs..and not so favs actually mean something... to someone other than ourselves..and this particular reaction is a special one...because it proves ma point..reactory clips connect us in ways that don't just pool us together but make us aw understand we all love..hate..hurt and are not as isolated as we aw beleive... good job lass...good fuckin job x

This song broke me the first time I heard it. It was shortly after my dad died in 2006 after a 30 year battle with MS ... 15 years of slow deterioration , another 15 years as a quadriplegic. The phrase “I was I could fix you” went through my mind a million times in those 30 years ... obviously I couldn’t. When I heard the same phrase in a song , along with the line “lights will guide you home” and with it being shortly after his passing , I cried for what seemed like an eternity first time I heard this song.

You are an AMAZING WOMAN! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 An inspiration to everyone who has been in that dark place. I am bipolar and when the black clouds suck me in, music is my only solace - I need it to been able to break through the darkness and see a glimmer of light. My muse is Amy Winehouse....that raw emotion and her voice, I just immerse myself in it. Also, The Smiths/Morrissey - got me through a very troubled adolescence. I still adore Morrissey (seen him in concert 23 times!) - he is an amazing lyricist, as was Amy - and she was SOOO young....but had an incredible insight that she channelled through her lyrics and music. I had tickets to see her, but she was drowning in her addictions and the concert was cancelled - I miss her💔 may she R.I.P. 😢
i love Radiohead - Street Spirit is hauntingly mesmerising and 'Creep' is just so REAL!.
Adele - who I've seen in concert - she is beyond incredible - her voice just brings your emotions to the surface.....'Someone Like You' reminds me of 'the one that got away' - I was so heartbroken - I cried when she sang it in concert - the whole audience did.
Eminem is a genius - his wordplay and storytelling his 2nd to none - I seen him 3 times in concert and it was incredible - he the GOAT!
Music has literally saved my life. I have to keep telling myself to take it a day at a time, but i couldn't do it without my music - I've been that way since I was a child. I spent my pocket money on a single every week. Now I'm older, I seek out songs that are relatable and touch my soul. Thank you for sharing your story with us #Jayy I am so glad you are in a better place now. Keep being strong! We love you even though you don't know us - we relate to YOU! Never forget that.
    Love from N. Ireland 💚xo
PS I seen Coldplay live in Belfast about 15 years ago - Chris Martin was on top form - an extremely talented man!

Took my mums clothes into a charity shop after she died in my arms, possibly the worse time for this record to come on. Thank you for sharing that. I love Coldplay and this is a beautiful and moving song. I can totally see how it can hit you like that (it affected me profoundly also when it was a radio hit). I have, on a few occasions felt so down and alone. There have always been reasons for me not to go down the path of serious contemplation of suicide, but I've come close on a couple of occasions. During one such time in the not too distant past, the Simon and Garfunkel song "Bridge Over Troubled Water" used to turn on the waterworks for me... mostly because I desperately wished I had someone in my life who would sing those words to me:
(the first two verses, in particular):
    When you're weary, feeling small
When tears are in your eyes, I will dry them all, all
I'm on your side, oh, when times get rough
And friends just can't be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
    When you're down and out
    When you're on the street
    When evening falls so hard
    I will comfort you
I'll take your part, oh, when darkness comes
    And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
    I will lay me down
Another great tear-jerker is the song "Everybody Hurts" by R.E.M., especially with the official video.

Such a cold day for "summer".
Those fireworks going off literally warmed me up.
What a band, what a gig.

The reason why Coldplay is so loved is not only because of their amazing concerts or songwriting but because they are genuinely good humble people. They deserve all the success they have received. I’m PROUD to be a fan and can only hope to give back as much as they have.

Amazing Song! Amazing Band! Amazing Voice!! I was at the concert that you see in this video. It was shot at the Reebok Football Stadium in Bolton, UK. They did the song twice to get two different takes. Amazing memories 🙂

I've always thought Coldplays music was very reminiscent of U2 with a touch of Radiohead songs like High and Dry and Fake Plastic Trees. As a rock band, their songwriting has the emotion of some of the great singer/songwriters of the 70s. They are an amazing band that create some of the most heartfelt music. For me, their album A Rush Of Blood To The Head is one of the greatest rock albums ever recorded. Fix You is one of the few songs by any musician that brings tears to my eyes. Music can be such a source of healing through painful experiences. I'm a musician and songwriter and I've been extremely ill for a year and a half. I'm afraid my wife, son and daughter will have to suffer grief for many years because of me and in a way, I would rather that they forget I existed and be happy than cause them sadness. If anyone reading this has people in your life who you love and love you, don't take that love for granted. Love should be cherished above everything and is a gift from God. I'm happy that both of my children are young adults and will be able to process death and maybe comfort someone else going through grief in the future. God bless you friends.

Chris Martin wrote this song for his then wife, Gwyneth Paltrow who lost her dad (who was her best friend). The synthesizer was given to Martin's then-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, by her father, and had been sitting unused in their home. Martin originally wanted to base the song on a church organ, but discovered the synthesizer's "amazing sounds" and decided to use it instead. The song is his expression of feeling helpless not knowing how to comfort his grieving wife.

This song, "I will fix you" is such a tough song imo, your so glad to go for that comfort song when you're happy cause your insides wants to fix other ppl hurting but when you yourself is hurting you don't want that help but this song also helps at the sametime. Such a lovely band and song.

School sucks. Got bullied for years. Joined the Army, went Infantry, Went to college, worked out like a maniac at the school gym.
Took martial arts, joined a shooting team...
    Started small, but built confidence.
Most people see all or nothing. As trite as it sounds, every journey starts with the first and smallest step

Very powerful song. For some reason the first time I heard it it didn't really resonate with me, but then a mate told me to listen to it and I did and I was just blown away. The start of the bridge until the end of the song is one of the most euphoric pieces of music I've ever heard. Still gives me goosebumps. People hate on Coldplay, but their ability to get people's emotions going is just insane. Will always be my favourite band, along with U2. Hope you keep reacting to more Coldplay songs :)

Can't do this song now that the boy has died.
He sat in the back, next to his twin, on our trips to the children's hospital he would demand this song, insist I NOT sing, then rock back n forth in his happy place that only heart felt melodies could reach.
Now that he is gone, we don't ever play this song.
Only *I* can listen, late at night, thanks to Tequila and the budd...I SEEK it out from time to time.
    I tried to fix him.
I lied to his face about better days that would never come.
Now I lie and pretend with his twin facing the same fate. I'm told I'm doing the right thing.
NO lights will guide us home.
    Nothing will ignite his bones.
And in the end. Again. I will fail to *FIX* you...
