Relations between the United States and the European Union are the bilateral relations between the country and supranational organization. The US and EU have been interacting for more than sixty years. US-EU relations officially started in 1953 when US ambassadors visited the European Coal and Steel Community (EU precursor). The two parties share a good relationship which is strengthened by cooperation on trade, military defense and shared values.
USA, China: The relationship between the two countries has been complex, and varied from positive to highly negative. After 1980 the economic ties grew rapidly. The relationship is of economic cooperation, hegemonic rivalry in the Pacific, and mutual suspicion over each other's intentions. Therefore, each nation has adopted a wary attitude regarding the other as a potential adversary but has meanwhile maintained an extremely strong economic partnership. It has been described by world leaders and academics as the world's most important bilateral relationship of the 21st century. The downside is that Americans see China as a threat to the established order in its drive for regional hegemony in East Asia now, and a future aspirant for global supremacy. Beijing rejects these notions, but continues its assertive policies and its quest for allies.

@@ashupatil9098 That 10% is the real GDP rate rather than the nominal GDP growth rate. The nominal GDP growth rate is the sum of Real GDP + Inflation. So, let's say India's real GDP is growing by 7-8% with inflation of 5%, the Nominal growth rate would be 12-13%.

If india grows with 9% india would have GDP of 43 trillion by 2050, but continuously growing with 9% is not possible so my pridictions is that India would see 11-12% growth for 5 years from 2024-2030 so that at the end of this decade in 2030 india will have GDP of 7.3 trillion now even if india grow with 9% from 2030 to 2040 india would have GDP(NOMINAL)= 18 trillion in 2040 ,

The chart shows China's GDP (nominal) growing from $14.4 Trillion in 2019 to $17.5 Trillion in 2021. That's a growth of 21.5% in two years. The actual growth in that period was %10.5, or only half of what the video claims.
The chart also claims that India's GDP will triple in this decade (the 2020s). For that to happen, India will need an average annual growth rate 15% every year for 10 years. That doesn't seem realistic.

Many of their citizens are old and their fertility rate is 1.7. Their population is also in recession. As time goes many people would get old and die while less birth would take place which would result in a sharp decrease in population.

These projections are based on China's current TFR which is 1.15( in 2022). If you club it with the massive imbalance in sex ratio that China has it's population will decrease by 30% within 30 years. Which means China will have less than a billion people by 2050. These projections have come from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences which is the Apex authority in these matters in China. The video here also projects India's population to peak at 1.5 billion people which is largely accurate given the dramatic decline of fertility rate in India in past 5 years. Until not UN has been protecting Chinese population to rise upto 1.46 billion till 2032 and then decline but it's clear that China will start loosing people this year starting at a peak population of 1.418 Billion people. While the same UN has been projecting Indian population to rise upto 1.67 billion peaking in 2066 but that is not going to happen. Economic growth is an outcome of a myriad of factors but demographics is simple and straightforward and there won't be much deviation now.

You need to read the recent projection based on corrections done on the basis of recent trends. Indian population will not rise beyond 1.51 billion while Chinese economy will be massively impacted by a slump in it's debt fuled imploding infrastructure sector. China this year has a TFR of 1.15 which will be extremely difficult to reverse. Secondly China has a massively distorted sex ratio with almost 10% more men than women in under 35 age group. These two factors coupled with the extremely high cost of living in China there isn't any doubt that it cannnot keep both fertility and productivity up at the same time. It will have to compromise on one. It can touch 70 TN mark in economy but will loose one third of it's population by 2050. It can keep 1.15 BN people but will have to compromise with a 55TN dollar economy. While I am sure Indian economy will not be greater than 40TN under any circumstances.

Data is wrong, according to IMF China will not surpass US , at least not until the end of this decade 2029 the diff should still be 10 trillion for nomial GDP. GDP nominal means how big this economy, GDP per person shows how developed this country, GDP PPP per person indicates how they are living. but, GDP PPP is nothing! GDP PPP overall is joke!
