@@noam15A really I’ve heard quite the opposite I’m reviews I’ve heard The tracking it is about the same as the quest 2, but without the tracking issues
Hey, so how do you hold your controllers? I can visually see it to a degree but was curious if you'd give me a deeper analysis of your grip. I have a Quest 2 and I use Pro Controllers (no ring, similar to yours). I used to claw grip the old ones with the ring (let's just say they're gone now) but i've been having some difficulty transitioning. Can't really claw grip the Pro controllers because it goes over the cameras and then tracking gets all messed up. I see you're wired. Is that your preference always? I know latency is much better wired, but the damn wire I would obviously have to get more used to (I do have one) Right now I'm trying to beat 1.78 and Spin eternally. Two of some of the only songs left to pass on the first five OSTs. Haven't even dove into OST6 and now 7. I do use my wrists thoroughly (but have hit a bit of a wall). Also, if you're willing to share, did you change the angle of the controllers? Thanks for any and all advice (from you or anyone else.)
In this play I was using just totally standard good old Default grip. It the only grip that really works on Q3 controllers in my experience. I used very minimal controller settings. Wired Link is very important for high level Beat Saber, playing wireless is pretty much impossible at this level (unless you have a very good router). I don't feel like the cable gets in the way at all during Beat Saber since you don't have to move in it. Also kinda unrelated but make sure you're running the game at the highest refresh rate that your setup allows you to, you get lower latency and more accurate tracking with higher refresh rates (might not be the case with wireless, idk).
I'm looking to improve my playing. it looked like the movements you are making are much smaller and higher than I would expect. did you adjust your player height to make that easier? should I do that?
@@noam15A oh damn i thought it was like 350 bursts didnt realize it was that fast, i could barely see what i was hitting was just kind of swinging lmao

It is worse cause the IR emitters are on the face of the controller. Make sure your grip doesn't cover them and that they don't face away from the headset
Because now at this point you kinda have to go on autopilot with just Muscle memory (meaning you have to physically and mentally adjust yourself to it with just fast reaction speed; however that’s for every song that’s usually above 5.00 note per second) because some notes fly at sharp angles. and unlike ghost or light it up it’s completely continuous just like SandStorm but unlike sandstorm the notes are scattered with more angles. Songs like this you only have like a 0.3 second opening (Which is faster than a blink of an eye) to hit a note which is usually faster than most people’s reaction time. So like I mentioned you kinda have to memorize it and just try to survive 😅
