Teras, I am not sure if you know about this now but there is a spore-like game currently being developed called "Thrive"
It follows the same concept as spore, however the only stage so far is the Cell Stage... It is also based on real science, much like the original version of spore was going to be like before EA jumped in and made it more "family friendly"
You should give it a check!

Those anyone remmember his first episode of spore the normal spore not modded i remmembered every day after school i would watch his spore letsplays but spore reminds me of dominos pizza XD because the first spore ep i watched from him i ate dominos so its sooo cool that i could watch more of his series keep on posting these great vids and stay awesome and i finally got spore so i can make my own characters :D

You’ve been playing Spore for awhile so I’m hoping you know a fix for a glitch that broke my game. Once I get to tribal stage the game crashes mid way through no matter what I do. I can’t progress even if I load earlier saves. And when I just start a new save with a new creature, same problem. I miss playing this game, I used to enjoy it a lot. I don’t even have mods.

I had a big badass tube critter named by the randomizer. It was known as the Giblof. I lost the original and tried to recreate it, but it never was the same... All I remember now is that it had those triple eyes, and the Dietrap mouth.
I think its kind of cheating how he has doesn't spend money. It's not really giving realism to the struggle of not being able to afford everything.

How is it that spore works on other computers, but when I try to use it on my old mac, it slows my computer down to a halt, forcing me to restart it, then erases almost everything on my computer except for the OS and starter data, or whatever you call it?

If you didn't know one of the only creatures we know of that can survive out in space are called space bares to survive tough environments they form a shell and go into status and cane be awoken from water so the sun may melt the meteorite with it comprised of iron and ice mostly the ice would melt and wake up the space bares so seeing as that's the only creature we know of that can survive in space Maybe the cells on the meteorite function the same way
(Probably WAY too late, lol) There is a Spore-like game in development: Thrive.

the way the meteor works is the life form is a cell, yes and to it froze in space the cell stop and stop reproduses and the sun is a great enough to make that cell active. :D
