Ingredients for Ghevar
Ghee - घी - 1/4 cup (50 grams)
Milk- दूध - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
Refined Flour - मैदा - 2 cup (250 grams)
Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस - tsp
Sugar - चीनी - 1 cup (225 grams)
Rabadi - रबड़ी - 1 cup
Almond flakes - बादाम कतरन
Pistachio flakes - पिस्ता कतरन
Saffron - केसर - 10-12 strand
Green Cardamom - 4 nos crushed
and
Ghee and oil mix for fry
