    Ingredients
    Refined flour (मैदा) - 2 cup (250 gms)
    Ghee (घी)- 1/4 cup (60 gms)
    Milk (दूध)- 1/2 cup
    Sugar (चीनी) - 1 cup (250 gms)
    Green Cardamom (इलाएची) - 5 to 6 (powder)
    Saffron Strands (केसर के धागे) - 15 to 20
    Almonds (बादाम) - 8 to 10 (finely chopped )
    Pistachios (पिस्ते ) - 10 to 15 (finely chopped )
    Ghee (घी) - For frying
    Rabri (रबड़ी) - 250 gms

    I tried your recipe but it was a total blunder .... So disappointed koi jali type ghee me dalkar bana hi nai..I don't know why my measurement was right as explained by you...

    My ghevar is getting stuck at the bottom of the utencil, can you tell me why ? There are lumps forming instead of it spreading out

      3 reasons possibly.
      1. Batter is thick. (batter should be of running consistency)
      2. Ghee is not warm enough.( it has to be boiling, then keep the flame, medium high, again before putting next ghewar, heat it up, let it boil, then pour).
      3. Pouring amount needs to be like drops. (think of bundi).
