    My opinion is that you are a fantastic teacher. I am a visual learner and your tutorials are excellent, as well as, your verbal instructions❣️I have never mastered herringbone stitch and now “I think I can, I think I can”. Thank you!

    It has all ways annoyed me that no one has shown this fabulous technique of how to hide the thread on the sides. Thank you for clearing this up for me as I don’t like thread showing or adding the extra bead on the side as it looks so uneven on a beautifully symmetrical piece of work. Thank you so much. It may sound so simple but when you have OCD beading traits it can make you not happy that it is (in my mind) obviously so wrong. New subscriber here in the UK 🇬🇧 ❤😊

    Hello. I have watched several videos for the harringbone stitch. Yours is by far the best tutorial for a beginner. You explain thing very clearly and you go slow enough to follow what you are doing. Do you teach for a living, if not you might have missed your calling.

    Hi Gina!! Thanks for sharing this stitch!! I love the block color bracelet you showed! Can this stitch be done with Czech glass beads? I have so many strands of beautiful Czech glass beads and never really know what to do with them.....other than used as spacers or on beading wire. Thanks again!! ❤️📿🐾🥰

    • @ORCHIDandOPAL
      @ORCHIDandOPAL  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Melonee! You sure can! It’s best done with small, uniform beads, so it will depend on which type of Czech glass, but all are technically possible with different results. 💜

    Hi! I love your bead weaving ideas!💗💕 I do have a question about your supplies though. The photo on the title page of this video has some beautiful multicolored seed beads in the project, but I don’t know how to find them because I don’t know what they’re called or where to buy them. Could you help me please? I love the way they look in the bracelet you made!!💗💕

      Hi Bernadette! Thanks so much for your question regarding those specific seed beads. They are called Miyuki 8/0 with Picasso Finish. I used the transparent and opaque red brown varieties. I hope this helps!

    How do I get to your video on the button hole in flat herringbone?

    • @ORCHIDandOPAL
      @ORCHIDandOPAL  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Judy! I haven't done a tutorial on that one yet, specifically, but I will try to plan one for the future. Basically, I left a slit, about 2 beads wide, and about as tall as the button, vacant in the rows where I wanted the button to sit. Then, I sewed several additional full rows of the flat herringbone to finish the edge of the bracelet. I hope that helps a little in the meantime! 💜💜💜
