I recently started my own business making customized press on nails sets. Being a member of the Amazon Vine program, which means I am a product tester for Amazon, I have gotten a lot of different brands of gel nails and such. ArtBox nails, like the ones you used, are by far my absolute favorite. They are fantastic. You definitely did an excellent job showing all the necessary steps in prepping your nails. And I like your voice, very soothing in my opinion. Great video!

After you have reviewed so many things on Amazon that you have bought, you could get an email which has an invitation to join the program. Unfortunately, invitation is the only way to be a part of it. Supposedly, they are going to open it up to more people in the future, but it will be a set amount of people who can join

Wow😍😍 So glad I found this video. I’ve been wanting to start doing my nails at home mostly bc I work nights and it’s hard to find a time in the day where I feel like sitting in a salon for hours at a time. Everything I’ve seen has really overwhelmed or discouraged me but THIS looks doable with some practice ofc. Thank you for explaining everything so clearly. I love this video so much. So much information that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else. I just did my first gel x nail set using btartbox nails and I missed the part where you file again after the nail application. That part was so informative. Thank you! Girl you in my opinion applied them perfect. You do what is best for you to do. When I apply mine I always have gel comes out as well. Not on every nail but you best bet every single time I put them on I do have leakage around cuticle and side walls but isn't nothing can't be fixed and see lots of ladies end up doing same thing and ain't no biggy so don't worry about it. You did and do just fine! Always look good. Mine on the other hand well they don't always look great because end up with bubbles also and have to soak off and do it again but I like the short ones the most and with them being so short and harder to hold on too and see because finger is in the way just have tons of trouble applying them. Lol but I'm also new at it and I do love it and I'm learning. Anywho girl if I was you I wouldn't listen to others. Lots of ladies I've seen end up putting to much because it's hard to put just enough. Love the nails! 🙂🙂❤️

There's my girl with my nails 😂! Feeling so bad this morning & I saw your video. Then, out comes the nails I love LOL. Yes, I too have been practicing my solid glue amount, so I don't have a lot of clean up to do. With the solid glue, I flash cure & any excess I just use my finger or hardwood cuticle pusher & roll it off. Easy, peasy. The nails came out so pretty 🎉. Thank You for not pushing Halloween yet. And, Thank You for making my morning so much better ❤.

WOW!!! Homegirl pulled out the big guns after she applied her nails! Fabulously done...SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL! Oh...and thank you so much for your preping steps. This is my 1st time and I'm starting out w/ 'Beetles' products. Hopefully I don't cause mass destruction just trying to paint 2 coats on top of my tips...we'll see!

I don't see anything wrong with the way you apply them. I rather be putting them on with to much gel than not enough. I've noticed when I don't use enough gel they don't last as long.

If you put clear on the nails instead of a color will it become shiny? I want a clear look with and dip the tips in glitter and put another top coat on so it’s all clear and not cloudy.
Yes they turned out beautiful! My first trying was last week. Most of my left hand nails came off 😩 but I think I just didn’t use enough glue. I used to do my nails in HS. Enjoying starting to do again. When you say a base coat… is that the typical base coat or a gel base coat?
i'd say use a gel base coat just because you'd be using other gel products and gel base coat makes it faster to dry.
Always use a base coat, but if you want them to truly last use the builder gel polish
Do these last the same as regular acrylic or longer?

Are use poly gel to adhere my gel tips.
But it the poly gel is a bit runny I lay it on an ice pack a few minutes. It makes the gel a bit firmer. That tip really came in handy during the summer

Girl please! U applied them nails perfectly! They were applied just like most of us girls at home would apply them, not perfect, but like u said, u can always go back and file that stuff off! I think they look good, but that’s just my lil ol’ opinion! Lol

what bits and drill do you have ?
I’m a beginner nail technician and whenever I do gel x nails on my clients they don’t even last maybe 2 weeks. I use the apres gel extension gel and their bonder and primer. my prep is exactly like yours but the nails seem to pop off. should i try using builder gel rather than extend gel?
I wish she’d answer. But from my years of getting them done I personally would go for a builder. Especially if doing professionally and needing to do top ups every month. 🤷♀️
You said you didn’t need a base coat because the nails were already prepped but my nails are filled from the bottom only so would I use base coat or no? 14:21

How long does a set of gel x nails last? I work with my hands a lot so "need" nails that will last, but not in love with the idea of acrylic again
Probably late response. I work with my hands a lot. Really rough with my hands, wear gloves for work which means a lot of moisture trapped with my hands. My gelx nails will last a good 3-5 weeks before they start lifting or my nails grow out. I love them so much more than acrylic, also a lot healthier for your nails
What file did you use?
Was thinking about doing these. But do they come off fast like press on nails do with nail glue? Because I am quite active and I found press on nails came off so fast. 😄
nope they are stronger and last like 1 to 4 month (1 month generally but 4 month if the prep is done extremely well)
What makes the nail polish so gritty?
it was the glitter in the gel polish

In all Nails teaching the end I have to say only regular manicure that good one , your real nails not get damage.. acrylic, gel , dipping or gel x either just got it done when you on vacation or special day .. which one stay on your nails 3 weeks up it not good for real nails because canticle rough on nails 😇

I don’t know anything about nails, but I am going to attempt to make my own press on nails… my real nails are so brittle and thin.. and I hate going to the nail shop because people love bumping your skin with the drills. I can’t deal.
I highly suggest the keratin nail treatment by CND called rescue rxxx. It'll improve the health of your nails 💅
Gel is top coat of gel nail glue
Just be careful when applying the tips, love! Curing gel onto your skin can possibly lead to contact dermitisis and allergies later on!

I don't mean any negativity, only constructive feedback. Your application and how you explain what you are doing is great! The knowledge that you are delivering is good also! I only wanted to suggest that you work on your inflection, especially at the end of your sentences. It will make the overall tone of your videos much better. The change in the inflection of your sentences, especially at the end of the sentence, will help with not making the sentences just seem to run on and on. Again, no negativity meant, I just believe it will help to improve your videos.
