if the world would be flooded then wouldn't it make sense for everyone to live on red line instead of celestial dragons only...that would also go into the theory of luffy throwing a party to whole world as his dream..if everyone comes to red line then they would all have biggest party of all times ...cause noah cannot take everyone so people will all go towards the highest place they know which is accross the world
@@Sahelianpirate Why would they do that to themselves? I never saw it mentioned that it was rainwater and not seawater. The story treats it like it's something significant.
This theory would also explain a little bit about Impel Down. It's not that Impel Down was built to be a prison stretching down into the ocean. It was a tower reaching up into the heavens (perhaps a One Piece equivalent of the Tower of Babel). It just so happened that it was tall enough to reach above the elevated ocean levels.
It's real name is Impel Dawn! Someone else said that. And now your theory combines well with that. Again these are still just ideas but I like it. I wonder what other places have changed names?
@@Trickey2413 True it would have to be old or ancient. At least about 800 years if not longer. There is like ancient poneglyph text found inside Impel Down I believe. No one really comments on it in story but it seems to have some real history.
The great flood could also be used as a way to hinder the mobility of devil fruit users by confining them to sparse pieces of land, controlling a possible threat to the world government. This fits well with Roger creating the age of pirates as a way to encourage devil fruit users to band together and face the seas, which could ultimatelly lead to the downfall of the WG.
This could also explain why devil fruit users are weak to the sea. If they came from people and creatures that drowned when the land was flooded, their spirits might be trying to fight back, and if they come in contact with the same sea that killed them, it could drain that spirit/will.
That makes sense considering Joyboy had the same heartbeat as Gear 5th Luffy. Water being the weakness could explain why the World Government flooded the world and erased the history kf the work.
Totally! I believe the drowning of the world was one way of separating Devil Fruit users and preventing them from joining forces. It's like the story of the Tower of Babel, people were given different languages to divide them, like the world was flooded to divide them ...
Oda kinda spelled this out for us in Long Ring Long Land. A ring of islands that are all the mountain tops of a larger landmass that is only exposed when the water recedes. Its pretty on the nose and definitely the set up for some serious foreshadowing.
To add to that, at his execution, what Roger said can be translated as "the One Piece, I left it at the bottom of the sea" as "soko" can be interpreted as a direction as well as the sea depths. If the One Piece really is this resurgence of this submerged continent, then it absolutely makes sense for him to say that.
That would absolutely be insane if this was a early story beat from the beginning. I always believed a lot of the world building truly came after perhaps year 1-2-3 when he knew the series was gonna continue - but to believe in and visualise that full scope / detail FROM THE VERY BEGINNING is a true legendary move from Oda

It's less redemption and going back to his roots that I respect. I honestly stopped watching him during Wano because I couldn't stand the raid fail theory. It was based on bias ideas that he wanted to happen instead of using story evidence & foreshadowing to create his theory. I don't care when theories are wrong, but when they're done from a biased perspective without real evidence I think they're pointless. Morj was always so good at this until Raid Fail entered his brain, then he just kept doubling down and I lost respect. About to binge all his recent videos again as they seem to be the style he used to deliver, that I enjoyed a lot.
@@bestofbothworldsagain399 he was honestly one of my favorite one piece TH-camrs until raid fail, right up there with tekking, grandlinereview, and BDA. So I'm quite happy to see this style of video returned:)
100%, been a believer of this since we first started learning about the Redline. A few more tidbits: The Redline's peaks are described as having distinctly seperate climates, similar to the islands of the world. Oars was called the "Continent Puller", in a world of islands. The whales of the world seem to follow a migration pattern set pre-Redline. I suspect the Redline was a moon at one point, hence "Lunarians", and there is Fujitora's fruit capable of the feat (though Reverse Mountain might imply the land was raised up, instead of brought down, perhaps. Unless that was an attempt to return the once-moon to the skies..) However it turns out, I'm looking forward to those answers Oda has for us
Yes I came up with the Red Line was a moon/planet theory. Well I can't say I came up with it originally. Unless you heard it from me than I bet you also came up with it yourself. I never heard anyone else say or think about it. So it's entirely possible more than one person came up with that. But if it was made my Imu than I guess it can't be made from a moon too? Or else it would not undo do in the way Morj is suggesting. Than again maybe it's not going to magically disappear and needs something to remove it. Like Luffy becoming as big as a planet and simply ripping it off. lol
Someone could have dragged that moon close and the world's tidal forces would tear it apart, then they could plop it down in the ring it would form! Genius!
@@Erndea Yes I totally imagined something like that. Maybe it used to be a ring around the planet even for some time? Who's to say how long this process took etc. Can we even go back before the void century?
OMG true and also noah the ship to evacuate people safely. Or maybe it was made 800 years ago to help people survive the rising sea level. And apology from joy boy because he couldn't save the world.
This TH-cam one piece theorist just mooch off of real fans and make it their own by having a bigger audience they find theories that sound really good and slap their name on them ofc they're not all like this but it's easy to tell when that's what they're doing
@@rushpatriot2866 if you watched the video then you'll see that he actually never claimed the theory to be his, he even showed the reference to where he got the theory from and only elaborated in more detail on it in the video. By the end he even states that it's not his own theory, but an interesting addition to the previous theory that the red line would get destroyed and the seas would all be connected creating the all blue
@@AegeanOlive doesn't really matter don't remember where I was in the video but I saw this comment and if he did claim it as his theory my point would still stand if not well good for him
Long ring long island before the Davy back fight Now that old man can just walk without waiting The sea will always be too shallow he can leave that island
This is also interesting because it makes sense with the devil fruit drawbacks. Like, why would the ancient kingdom make fruits that keep you from swimming on a planet covered in water? They didn't. It was originally a planet covered in land.
Everytime I think I can't love this manga more, someone comes up with an awe-inspiring theory like this that reminds me how insane the lore and world of one piece is and the incredible potential the end of the series has
Yeah this is crazy. The One Piece being a sunken supercontinent is something else. "Everything the world has to offer". Just imagine the picture of the whole mass of land and everybody in the world looking at the One Piece at the same time. There can't be a more beautiful ending.
yep but it was also because more and more hints were slowly dropped throughout the story. the unflooding of one piece makes the most sense and links almost every doubt in the story from the past
This would also support the theory that Laugh Tale is below the ocean, like under Ennies Lobby. Maybe the "final island" is the world-sized island. It would also allow for an ending where the adventure doesn't end, but the story does. AND it would explain why the devil fruit users can't handle the ocean. If the fruits come from the original flooded land, and the beings there, then their spirits - their "wills" might be weak to the ocean that killed them. AND it would explain the fishmen and sea kings, as they would have been inhabitants from the real world that were promised to be saved by Joyboy with Noah, and survived and adapted to the ocean. I LOVE THIS THEORY!
Seeing how every major plot point dealing with the world in one piece has been based on conspiracies of the real world it'd make sense that Oda would do that. Sounds like hollow earth
@@rushpatriot2866 I enjoy the hollow earth theory. It would at least make the world a lot more interesting than the flat earth theory. Both are illogical, but at least hollow Earth theory would be interesting.
It'd also be hilariously fitting that if water levels were to recede and islands end up being on really tall mountains, Luffy can just let everyone jump off and bounce down
Let's remember that Imu's castle at Mary Geoise (Mother Earth) is literally called Pangaea Castle. Pangaea is the name given to the supercontinent that existed more than 300 million years ago, and consisted of our current continents, all placed together. Representations of the continent actually look very similar to the diagram that Oda show's on Wano and that Morj also presents here in the video. So, yeah, I believe this is true. The ability to raise the ocean levels at will I think is the nail on the coffin, the One Piece is actually One Land.
Pangea being 300 mil ago is just a theory. That's the issue with modern science so quick to label things so they can claim it as theirs instead of actually wanting to know the truth that's why supposed "facts" keep on coming up as false nowadays the ego of the scientific community takes precedence over what actually matters and the true essence of science.
Makes sense. Its probably an ability that let Imu pull the ocean floor up. When it comes down that would destroy fishman island, checking that point as well
or in ohara we saw the globe of the planet with many moons now we see one so there was extra land around the planet before maybe that could be the case rather than a odd and boring land power
Maybe the original plan was to flood the world completely and for the Celestial Dragons to live on the Redline. However the original Joyboy foiled Imu's plan enough that there were still some land left over. That could be Imu's plan now, to finish what he started and flood what's left of the world.
@@pacpha1839 Maybe Joyboy destroyed the original device that allowed them to flood the world. Now they are able to do it again because of VPunk and the mother whatever. Lulu was just the test to see if the new device could successfully cause the flooding they want
I think so, too. Just look at Impel Down. It could have been a tower build before the flood. On the other hand the Lunarians originally inhabited the Red Line, so it is unlikely Imu created the Red Line. But there is another way of reducing sea level: freezing the poles! In our world the last Ice Age reduced sea levels by 122 meters! And Punk Hazard showed that Kuzan could theoretically do this.
A lot of people are thinking that the Red Line used to be it's own moon or planet. Thus the Lunarians may have lived on it at that time. Which even makes better sense of their names Lunarains.
So maybe this is why in the beginning of the series buggy and shanks had a dispute over which one is colder: the north or south pole (in the real world it's the south pole).
@@leolegendario1 Yes and it's actually one of my theories. I never heard anyone else say that until I did first. Now I believe that others did come up with it on their own likely. So multiple people likely lay claim to this theory. I posted it in a super chat on this channel around the time we hear that the lunarans lived on top of the red line. But I may have had some thoughts about it even earlier. But I can't be sure enough to say for sure I at least never shared my theory publicly until around than. But I remember thinking the red line is a different color land mass and I remember seeing all those moons or planets in the Ohara libary thing. So I believe I had some loose theories from further back. But the Queen line about Lunarians or whatever made me think about it more. My idea is that maybe they never lived on the red line. That is a lie or misunderstanding as they actually lived on the moon or planet that used to exist. Now it's possible that their moon or planet was stolen, destroyed and the members of their race went to live on top of it after wards as a way to cling to their origins or something. But I like to think that they never lived on the red line at all. Not in it's current state. As for me saying it's my theory. I don't even believe that it's all that likely. I'm not trying to discredit anyone else claiming to come up with this theory first. However if it is true. I will try to research the earliest documented mention of this theory. See if any online forums posts or superchats predate mine. lol Again it does not matter. But 99% of my "theories" are heavily borrowed or not actually my theories and I openly admit that or credit those who I know came up with them. If I know. Usually I don't know. But I only have a few theories that are mostly or totally my own. Even than I'm sure I was not actually the first to think of them. Lets face it most of them won't come true. lol
@@MrArrmageddon It's possible Imu looks for a mass that he can use as a redline and found the moon where lunarians live then destroyed it like frieza to planet vegeta used it as a red line to earth then the lunarian survivors retaliate to imu on earth so Imu banded with the 20 kingdoms to fight back lunarians and made it seems like they're the bad guys. This would also parallel to shandians trying to defend their land from skypieans.
I can't believe I'm saying this- but this is also foreshadowed by long ring long land. The dude and his horse were separated from their tribe by small islands that got connected and disconnected by changing sea levels.
I think imu has the moon god fruit and is in control of the tides. being able to use the moons gravity as a means to increase water levels. Imu didnt create the red line because it was there when the lunarians lived there and then the celestial dragons and original founders of the world government moved there from god valley possible to protect themselves from the floods. I also find it interesting that the red line is the origin of the lunarians and how that could tied to the idea of sun god vs moon god.
@@sdxmovies3731 masking things in a shadow could be a power but i think oda also could’ve been hiding things from us. Anyway after some light research it looks like some people are calling this fruit the Danu Danu no Mi, Model: Chandra.
I actually think this makes a lot of sense because it could explain why shanks wants to go after the one piece. It's entirely possible oda was playing with the context and he's not going for it himself, he just knows Luffy is going to need his help when the time comes to take back the world that was stolen away by the world government. We have no reason to believe shanks wants to be pirate king, In fact nothing in the story supports the "evil shanks" theory. There are clearly connections he has with the world nobles however, just because his presence is accepted or at least tolerated by the gorosei doesn't mean his intentions are evil. I think both he and Blackbeard are probably the only two pirates in the world who know the truth about the world. Other than any remaining former Roger pirates. If we find out Blackbeard knows I think it will help us see his true intentions better. I think it's possible that blackbeard wants to leave the world as it is and to use the information he has to gain some sort of control over the world government, I'm not sure how he might go about this but he probably already has the strength what he's lacking is the cause belli if you would, imagine him using the information he gains to turn the people of the world against the government only for him to then turn around and name himself ruler. That's probably what Rocks was planning and there are already so many threads between the two characters. If this is the case I think it's possible that Shanks knows this and is trying to stop it by any means necessary because he recognizes that even though the world government is cruel and evil it would be far worse under someone like Blackbeard. If that really was Rock's plan then it's likely after finding the one piece Roger would have told shanks to be on the lookout for someone else just like rocks. Because I think it's possible that we will find out that just like Roger rocks was too early to be able to enact his plan, the world just wasn't ready for it. Just like the world wasn't ready for joyboy to return when Roger made his way to laughtale. So imagine shanks is told to wait for joyboy and to be there when he's ready to bring the dawn, but this entire time shanks has also been waiting for the antithesis to joyboy the one who would bring the dawn. That of course being Blackbeard the man who would shroud the world in darkness. If this is the case then it means that this entire time shanks has been a triple agent. He seemed to help the gum-gum fruit evade the world government and in doing so he fulfilled it's desire to find someone with the will and driving force to help it achieve it's goal. All the whole shanks has been on the lookout for a man like Rocks to appear in challenge to Luffy and the gum gun fruit. So he goes and warms the world government about the threat he poses, in the hopes that they would turn their focus to him and possibly help him bring him down opening the way for Luffy to become pirate king. However, this doesn't work. Either the gorosei saw through the ruse, or maybe Luffy's actions superseded blackbeard in their attention or maybe that wasn't his exactly plan to begin with. However, something over the course of a few months has changed. I think what changed his Nika. Luffy had his awakening and unlocked the true power of the Nika fruit. This signaled to him that it was time for him to take his place at the end of the world ready to meet Luffy and the last island in the world. Ready for whatever change Luffy is destined to bring up on the world. I don't believe in the dark shanks theory. Shanks was clearly interested in the gum-gum fruit but he never partook of it. In fact it makes no sense why he would have ever brought the thing into the tavern with him in the first place. If he wanted the power for himself he could have taken it, if he wanted to prove he was more powerful than the power of the gum-gum fruit he could have just killed Luffy right then and there. There is the idea that he wants him to grow stronger so he may one day rival him. However, shanks is clearly incredibly shrewd and pragmatic I can't see him taking that kind of risk of his ultimate goal is to take the one piece for himself and become pirate king. He has nothing to prove, everyone who was even around in Rodgers time is either dead, or not an active pirate anymore. There is no one to question is authority or stand up to him. Hell he's probably one of the top 5 or even 3 strongest combatants in the world. So why would he ever risk Luffy beating him, knowing the true nature of his devil fruits. Of course shanks could be ignorant of this however, who's who hints that their ship and the devil fruit they were transporting was targeted as if shanks and his crew knew what they were looking for and why. With all of the evidence the story has put forward I don't think Shanks is secretly evil nor do I think he wants to be pirate king. I think oda has been playing us from the start and he hasn't stopped to this day. He has done everything he can to lump suspicion onto shanks and turn us against his hidden intentions since the day he and whitebeard clashed. I think shanks is the one who will bring all of these mysteries into focus one day and he will rip off the veil and we will see his true intentions and motives, and that moment I think we will see that he has never once acted against Luffy's best interests. Infact I think he's been serving Luffy since the first chapter of the manga. Potentially making him Luffy's first Nakama. That's just conjecture and good natured fun though.
It goes along well with the idea, that luffy wants a world where everyone can eat as much as they want. With a huge plot of land, agriculture can boom and everyone gets to eat a lot!
I remember watching this when you dropped this video. I just came back to re-watching it after tcb dropped the chapter and wow.- I know people kept shitting on morj for the raid failing stuff, but you can't deny he's insanely good at analyzing the series, well done. I also love how this fits so well with the destruction of the grandline theory + polar shift theory.
Great video! I have this one theory / analasys I think you might find interesting. I remember back when you were finishing up Wano and you were a tad dissapointed in the final blow of Kaido. Well since you introduced me into thinking about the importances of final blows simbolically speaking (crocodile being pushed out of the shadows, doflamingo being put down as a false god), Kaido wanted more than anything to die a magnificent death where everyone could see, so that it would be his legacy, just like Roger, Whitebeard and Oden. But Luffy didn’t give him that, he was defeated away from the eyes of the people of Wano and he was buried deep to the ground, away from the spotlight. If the people had witnessed Luffy defeating him then maybe Kaido would have been remembered in his epic clash against Luffy (joyboy). Kaido even references this during the fight against Luffy. He says that Luffy shouldn’t have to worry because people are going to talk about this battle for years to come, and Luffy answers him that (unlike Kaido) he doesn’t care about that. Kinda like what Usopp said to the samurai about death, it’s better to live in shame than to die for glory
It also makes sense that the Celestial Dragons are considered to be the gods of the world as they (or Imu in particular) have created the world that they have been living in for the last 800 years
This why Morj is the One Piece GOAT. Also Imu and the Celestial Dragons might have flooded the world before to divide the people from uniting against them. Also this might be the reason why the series is called "One Piece" in the first place. Oda sama at his finest.
If I'm not mistaken, wasn't the city of gold sort of hidden below the rest of skypiea as well in a similar way to the way wanos old city is? That would possibly hint to this idea from all the way back in that arc (if I'm correct about it being below)
Not mistaken at all Nico robin was literally cutting pieces of clouds off the ground and jumped down to a level below walked out of a building and saw the city extending in front of her all under the clouds
Boa Hancock said to Blackbeard that her petrification couldn't be undone without her using her power. That implies that her power would persist after she lost her powers or was killed. That means not all powers disappear after a user is defeated.
Or was she lying? But places like raijin island enies lobby that floating islands If they're made by fruit users it would confirm that boa wasn't bluffing
It's not a hint whether the effect gone after she dies or not. It's just telling him that whatever happens, the petrification stays unless she undo it. It's just that. It's not about the permanency she was talking about, it's about her petrification strength
I think on top of this, we may get a climax where Imu is about to submerge the entire world, while Mariejois stays high and dry. We're already seeing the possibility of this with the effects of the Mother Flame. This could be the great cleansing that's been hinted at, and a really good way to make the stakes high for the final battle.
i still have some questions: 1. why do the whales wanted to destroy red line, if this would lower the water level, they may not live. unless there is a deeper ocean they live in somewhere (all blue?) 2. if the real one piece world is a large mass of land, are fishman in the same land as the other humans? is fishman island the same level of the large mass of land? are they still being discriminated even they live in the same land? 3. did this happen 800 years ago or some years past? if in 800 yrs ago, why would Tontatta's records still in tact before 800 yrs ago, they should have lost the old records? this is a good theory btw. some more reasons why it makes sense: 1. the incident was described in detail in Long Ring Long Land arc. 2. the mystery of how impel down was build will be unraveled. 3. Roger's final speech says "the One Piece, I left it at the bottom of the sea"
Amazing. I kind of regret seeing this video because it shifts totally the meaning of the One Piece and in my opinion, elevates the ending of the series. It even makes sense to think, that maybe it isn't that the Red Line was artificially created, but maybe somehow pulled from the lower layers of the world. For example in our wolrd, if we pulled the rock from the upper mantle to create mountanious structures this layer would probably become thinner and thus lowering the level of the crustle. Of course it would mean that instead of rising the sea level, it was actually the crustle sinking, and that could be the power of Imu. There are so many interesting branches from this Supercontinent theory to explor, and as I said I almost regret realizing this so early before the end. It would've been a nice twist.
Fun theory, literally has me wondering what would happen to all the sea kings if the world’s sea levels drained that much. They are seen to be intelligent (per Fishmen Island: Noah pulling scene) so it’s not like it’s a good thing for most them to just die like a beached whale once the sea levels drain. (Not good to us the reader, good for the ppl of the OP world) Maybe someone turned the former rulers into sea kings and that’s why they like hanging out in the ancient ruins and no one remembers them, like Sugar’s devil fruit. The world govt just has a sick sense of humor and called them Sea Kings after that and they’ve been around watching the world like the toys on Dressrosa did My first original one piece theory - @kandmiller
That would also make sense with the argument from the Ohara theory about roger saying "この世界の全てを[そこ]に置いてきた" Translating to "I left everything this world has to offer at [that] place" そこ has the dueal mening in japanese of both meaning "that" but also [bottom] So the new translation would probably go as follow: "I left everything this world has to offer at the bottom" Which is pretty mind blowing to think about Sorry if long, just thought it was a cool little detail
It may be translated without "I", because it's actually not here (Japanese is a highly contextual language and rarely uses pronouns where it's unnecessary) . So it may be actually "The entirety of the world has been left at the bottom". Literally can't be more clear.

@@shayoko6 yeah but what about wano did he get wrong? He even took long break to plan out the future of One Piece etc. But if you all wanna be so butthurt about Morj having his opinion, let me hear your expert analysis and theories on one piece then, since u got so much to say clearly
To fair, roger refering to wishing that he lived in "your" time, your could also point to luffy, in stead of joyboy, wishing he wouldve lived to see the sun god mika fruit and see the adventures of luffy and seeing how that is changing the world
Yea I think this recent chapter cements it. Also this theory is absolutely beautiful and could make One Piece's finale one of the greatest in all of fiction. Tbh, I kinda like this idea the best out of all the One Piece finale theories
Hey morj surprised you didn’t mention this but think about long ring long land , an island where the only time everyone can be unified together and travel amongst eachother is when the sea level drops and the islands become connected into a ring shape
3:24 also you can see there that the ancient Wano is lower than the sea level, which can only be explained if someone or something caused it around the void century.
The giants know everything, they live for like 400 years, so their grandparents must lived 800 years ago, and told their grandsons about the void century 🤯
Nami describes the redline as if its a collection of various islands linked together. Maybe the Lunarians lived on that disjointed pieces of Red Line, whichu Imu later on united into one continent
If you said humans lived in Africa 200,000 years ago, that would be correct. Despite the fact that in the time period you're talking about, Africa didn't exist. The land existed, but it wasn't called Africa until much later. Yet it would still be okay to refer to it in conversation as Africa. Imo, it's the same thing here. I believe that before the World Government, only the piece of land now known as Mariejois was raised. That being the place that the Lunarians lived on. Then, when the World Government replaced the Lunarians there, they created the rest of the Red Line (we know the Red Line is made of multiple islands). However, Whitebeard can still call the singular raised island the Lunarians lived on "the Red Line" because that's what it's called today. Just like with Africa.
i just read a comment that addressed this issue. dudeguy8686 said it is possible that the red line was actaully one of onepices moons and on that moon lived Lunarians. this is very possible given that we have already seen creatures that can live on the moon in enels cover story. dudeguy8686 believed that someone who had Fujitora's devil fruit pulled that moon down with the Lunarians from space and that moon was used to create the red line. i think just the name of the race Lunarians could be a massive hint towards them coming from space lunar meaning determined by, or resembling the moon. i think their name was given to them by the people of the ancient kingdom or maybe the original celestial dragons when they found them chilling on the top of the red line.
Maybe some can think this next one over? If Roger wanted to live in Joyboys Era. Is it possible Luffy's and Roger's true dream is interconnected or only possible if you reform the original land mass? Like imagine if Roger had a true dream. Which he does. And he learns that in the past the world used to be one piece and that somehow would be part of his dream or allow his dream to be possible. What might the dream be with this extra piece of knowledge? Something like walk or explore the bottom of the ocean? lol I don't know trying to find something childish but that can appeal to adults. And get the mixed reactions from various people. It's difficult. I know giant party has come up but I feel like it's not just that.
Interesting. He could force the whole world into their boats and to become pirates. Then the King of the Pirates is also the King of the World (in spirit)
@@calliopeshif7581 Could enel really handle imu tho? His fruit is powerful sure, as is his observation haki, but his armament is severely lacking as a pre-haki luffy manhandled him due to his natural immunity. Even if imu relies heavily on his fruit, he has to have SOME haki.
Fascinating stuff! Although there's the question of little garden which was said to be evolutionarily primitive because of its exclusion from rest of the world, if I'm not mistaken.. that would go against a 700 year old continent that connected everything.
It would be incredibly ironic if Imu's creation of a giant landmass (the red line) is the cause of the destruction of another giant landmass (the world). Awesome theory!
The only questions that remain are: how does the Noah fit into this theory and what is Blackbeard doing in all of this. I think some characters in the past had a prophetic ability of some sort given how Rogers crew acted on laughtale. Therefore the Noah was built for the current era, not to safeguard people of the past. Imu seems uninterested in killing everyone, and also seems to be immortal based on law’s devil fruit having that ability and what sabo learned about him. Given this immortality problem of imu, there doesn’t seem to be a way for luffy to beat him. But Blackbeard can steal devil fruits, so towards the end of the story Blackbeard steals imu’s fruit and uses it’s power to fully sink the world, thus giving the Noah a purpose (and creating the all blue?) Then luffy beats Blackbeard and liberates the world

I came back to this video because of chapter 1113, crazy how were getting confirmation
@@ryan_195 I found this video after Chapter 1055 and after seeing Wano underwater
@@TheUltimateNatural Wano being underwater has nothing to do with sea rising level lmao it's rainwater they did that to themselves
@@Sahelianpirate Why would they do that to themselves? I never saw it mentioned that it was rainwater and not seawater. The story treats it like it's something significant.
@@TheUltimateNatural Kozuki sukiyaki told Robin and law that it was indeed rain water. Go read again wanos last chapters
This theory would also explain a little bit about Impel Down. It's not that Impel Down was built to be a prison stretching down into the ocean. It was a tower reaching up into the heavens (perhaps a One Piece equivalent of the Tower of Babel). It just so happened that it was tall enough to reach above the elevated ocean levels.
daaamn that makes a lot of sense
It's real name is Impel Dawn! Someone else said that. And now your theory combines well with that. Again these are still just ideas but I like it. I wonder what other places have changed names?
how old is impel down then? it has to be ancient for this to be true which has never been mentioned.

Gets even better when u consider that devil fruits are manifestations of peoples dreams
Fire comment 🔥
Morj has now fully recovered from the Raid not failing.
Oda kinda spelled this out for us in Long Ring Long Land. A ring of islands that are all the mountain tops of a larger landmass that is only exposed when the water recedes. Its pretty on the nose and definitely the set up for some serious foreshadowing.

I know you are joking but I still believe that actually there is going to be a davy back fight between the strawhats and shanks crew lol@@StrawHatKufi
And with Laboon he set up that the world is actually inside the Earth 👀

After Chapter 1115 this theory is completely confirmed. Morj finally got his redemption after the raid didn’t fail, love to see it 🥂
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
It's less redemption and going back to his roots that I respect. I honestly stopped watching him during Wano because I couldn't stand the raid fail theory. It was based on bias ideas that he wanted to happen instead of using story evidence & foreshadowing to create his theory. I don't care when theories are wrong, but when they're done from a biased perspective without real evidence I think they're pointless. Morj was always so good at this until Raid Fail entered his brain, then he just kept doubling down and I lost respect. About to binge all his recent videos again as they seem to be the style he used to deliver, that I enjoyed a lot.

100%, been a believer of this since we first started learning about the Redline.
A few more tidbits:
The Redline's peaks are described as having distinctly seperate climates, similar to the islands of the world.
Unless that was an attempt to return the once-moon to the skies..)
However it turns out, I'm looking forward to those answers Oda has for us
your cooking

Theory was already there. Imus throne room the castle is called PANGEA

This man live in the future
It'd also be hilariously fitting that if water levels were to recede and islands end up being on really tall mountains, Luffy can just let everyone jump off and bounce down
11:30 - even the 200ML displaced water matches the 200M rise of water level in chapter 1115
My thing is tho. Alabasta was confirmed to be as large as Russia (oda mentioned the width of the river in alabasta and using that as a measurement)

3:03 Where is that map from? Is it official?
Makes sense. Its probably an ability that let Imu pull the ocean floor up. When it comes down that would destroy fishman island, checking that point as well

Who is here after chapter 1115
Maybe the original plan was to flood the world completely and for the Celestial Dragons to live on the Redline. However the original Joyboy foiled Imu's plan enough that there were still some land left over. That could be Imu's plan now, to finish what he started and flood what's left of the world.
i dont think that would be Imu's plan or they likely would have easily accomplished it by now
@@pacpha1839 Maybe Joyboy destroyed the original device that allowed them to flood the world. Now they are able to do it again because of VPunk and the mother whatever. Lulu was just the test to see if the new device could successfully cause the flooding they want

they need recorces from the islands i think. The hole Marines purpose kind of is to get goods into the holy lands
nobody could’ve predicted how correct you were.
@@MrArrmageddon That would be insane for someone, probably Imu, to pull a moon down to Earth, Thanos style.
But what would be the power that Imu has shown against Sabo and Cobra ?
@@sdxmovies3731 masking things in a shadow could be a power but i think oda also could’ve been hiding things from us. Anyway after some light research it looks like some people are calling this fruit the Danu Danu no Mi, Model: Chandra.
😊xcscxcsxc
The lunarians used to live on the moon the redline was made out of in the « heavens ». Hence they are the true gods.
With a huge plot of land, agriculture can boom and everyone gets to eat a lot!
yup , if everybody has land then nobody is poor
I remember watching this when you dropped this video. I just came back to re-watching it after tcb dropped the chapter and wow.- I know people kept shitting on morj for the raid failing stuff, but you can't deny he's insanely good at analyzing the series, well done. I also love how this fits so well with the destruction of the grandline theory + polar shift theory.

This theory about to go platinum
MORJ YOU FRIGGIN NAILED IT!
Finally someone covering this! This theory was my first thought after oda highlights the ocean rising and islands disappearing.
Ain't no way.
Morj you are the goat!!
This is now my number one One Piece theory. And I believe it by heart.
Who's here after Chapter 1113?
Not mistaken at all
Nico robin was literally cutting pieces of clouds off the ground and jumped down to a level below walked out of a building and saw the city extending in front of her all under the clouds
Bro casually cracked the one piece mysteries
Boa Hancock said to Blackbeard that her petrification couldn't be undone without her using her power. That implies that her power would persist after she lost her powers or was killed. That means not all powers disappear after a user is defeated.
Or was she lying?
But places like raijin island enies lobby that floating islands
If they're made by fruit users it would confirm that boa wasn't bluffing
How would she know if they remain petrified after she dies?
And moria lost his grip on his power not because he was defeated but because he failed to hold all shadow he has.
It's not a hint whether the effect gone after she dies or not. It's just telling him that whatever happens, the petrification stays unless she undo it. It's just that. It's not about the permanency she was talking about, it's about her petrification strength
She also said no one will be able to use her powers as well as her.
Morj imma need more content from you, these next few weeks without chapters are gonna be rough. (Next 2 weeks)
i still have some questions:
1. why do the whales wanted to destroy red line, if this would lower the water level, they may not live. unless there is a deeper ocean they live in somewhere (all blue?)
2. if the real one piece world is a large mass of land, are fishman in the same land as the other humans? is fishman island the same level of the large mass of land? are they still being discriminated even they live in the same land?
3. did this happen 800 years ago or some years past? if in 800 yrs ago, why would Tontatta's records still in tact before 800 yrs ago, they should have lost the old records?
this is a good theory btw. some more reasons why it makes sense:
1. the incident was described in detail in Long Ring Long Land arc.
2. the mystery of how impel down was build will be unraveled.
3. Roger's final speech says "the One Piece, I left it at the bottom of the sea"

Who’s here after 1113
(Not good to us the reader, good for the ppl of the OP world)
Maybe someone turned the former rulers into sea kings and that’s why they like hanging out in the ancient ruins and no one remembers them, like Sugar’s devil fruit. The world govt just has a sick sense of humor and called them Sea Kings after that and they’ve been around watching the world like the toys on Dressrosa did
My first original one piece theory - @kandmiller
Why would they die? Their world is currently like 95 % water and would turn into a world like 75% water like ours. The Seakings would still be fine.
Here after the 1113 leaks. You are spot on, pls continue giving us more great theories!
That would also make sense with the argument from the Ohara theory about roger saying "この世界の全てを[そこ]に置いてきた"
Translating to "I left everything this world has to offer at [that] place"
そこ has the dueal mening in japanese of both meaning "that" but also [bottom] So the new translation would probably go as follow:
"I left everything this world has to offer at the bottom"
Which is pretty mind blowing to think about
Sorry if long, just thought it was a cool little detail
Omg 😲
thank you very much for raising attention to that!
a lot goes missing in translation so us non japanese speakers learn through that :)
It may be translated without "I", because it's actually not here (Japanese is a highly contextual language and rarely uses pronouns where it's unnecessary) . So it may be actually "The entirety of the world has been left at the bottom". Literally can't be more clear.
I don't understand how people could have doubted you. Class understanding of the narration every time 💯
about that failed wano raid.
@@shayoko6 what about it
read between the lines mate, i'm referring to you saying.
"understanding of the narration every time"
emphasizing on every. i was implying you were wrong and it was obvious.
since he made a theory about the raid failing. which never happened.
@@shayoko6 yeah but what about wano did he get wrong? Clearly he had a good understanding, however, Oda didnt stick to his plan because of time and management, things got rushed and even the story and plotpoints by the end of the arc was so out of line from Odas work. He even took long break to plan out the future of One Piece etc. But if you all wanna be so butthurt about Morj having his opinion, let me hear your expert analysis and theories on one piece then, since u got so much to say clearly
This would also work well with the theory that Luffy's dream is to throw the biggest party. Bringing back the giant continent makes it feasible
Oda: "hey stop it!! you're messing with my surprises"
After reading ch 1113 i am leaving a comment here just in case this theory get's true will come back to check it out😅
Come back, fellow otaku
To fair, roger refering to wishing that he lived in "your" time, your could also point to luffy, in stead of joyboy, wishing he wouldve lived to see the sun god mika fruit and see the adventures of luffy and seeing how that is changing the world
It's quite spooky that nailed word to word from ch 1115 0:18
Morj with the future sight
You Cooked Morj.
yoooooooooo just came here to congrat you man!
Oda secretly tricked us into reading his Zelda Windwaker fanfiction 5 years before it was even released.
Lol, I also was thinking of Windwaker watching this.
One of my favorite ideas to date, mind blown once again morj🔥
You win Morj
Yea I think this recent chapter cements it. Also this theory is absolutely beautiful and could make One Piece's finale one of the greatest in all of fiction. Tbh, I kinda like this idea the best out of all the One Piece finale theories
Wow after 1113 i would say you sir are cooking
damn watching this now it was the perfect end game prediction.
Hey morj surprised you didn’t mention this but think about long ring long land , an island where the only time everyone can be unified together and travel amongst eachother is when the sea level drops and the islands become connected into a ring shape
Incredible!
3:24 also you can see there that the ancient Wano is lower than the sea level, which can only be explained if someone or something caused it around the void century.
The giants know everything, they live for like 400 years, so their grandparents must lived 800 years ago, and told their grandsons about the void century 🤯
Let bro COOK 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🏝️
Here after Vegapunk's reveal in the new chapter!!
"I left everything *this world* has to offer there"
Wow I’m so glad that video came up on my feed
It's interesting but the biggest issue is the Lunarians. How were they a race who originally lived on the red line if it was artificially created.
maybe red line back then was much smaller or entirely different place
This implies Imu could create a second red line and wipe out the world. This would be his "birdcage" moment when he thinks he's about to lose the war.
Not if the moons were used to do it. Could explain where the moons disappeared to.
Interesting. He could force the whole world into their boats and to become pirates. Then the King of the Pirates is also the King of the World (in spirit)
@@awolr There is still one moon left, though.
So, Imu drags down the remaining moon, _and with it Enel, and ENEL BEATS IMU IN A CAGE MATCH_
@@thunderspark1536 I was just joking haha
